Terrible service. I ordered a wrap and a hash brown. I had to wait inside for over 15 minutes. Then when they didn't have hashbrowns they said we could have potato wedges. Then they said it's and extra charge to dipping sauces even though they gave them to us instead of our hashbrowns. When we asked why we were waiting so long the manager gave us a snarky attitude. Do not recommend at all

Horrible customer service. Six people working - 5 on the drive through. Took 10 minutes to order 2 coffees and then she served the order behind us before giving us the coffee.

Terrible customer service worst ever. Would not scan my card, gave me an english muffin that was ripped in half and crumbling. Very very rude employee.

The customer service is so low you stand at the front well they stare at you, can’t even get a hello.Watched one staff members take orders, clean the counters, and trash then go and start making sandwiches and picking up donuts with no prior handwashing, or gloves ( I will personally never eat food from this location)

The assistant manager was pretty much yelling at me saying my order didn’t go through and that I didn’t pay, payment went through and the assistant manager was getting mad at me. I literally just wanted my food as I’m a student and I don’t got loads of money for Tim’s but I will not be going there again the disrespect was not okay.

I have come here many times after after University. How many damn times do I have to say NO TOMATOES in my wrap? And they still put tomatoes in it.I should also add that as someone who has done restaurant management, their customer service game is the at the lowest tier. In business, when you have someone who comes to your store regularly, you should know them by name. Instead, the employees are impatient and generally careless.Don’t know who the owner has running this place, but they haven’t got a clue. Guess the location still manages to stay profitable enough, with owner only sending generic cookie cutter responses to all the 1 star reviews.

Went through drive through and oedered a coffee and a mocha. The attendent didn't ask us if we wanted anything in them, just gave us the amount and rushed us through. We got to the window and she just handed it to my husband and just told him "cream and sugar". No cream in the mocha at all and Reg coffee was not good.Customer service was zero! Tried to call instead of writing a review but no one answered the phone

We ordered two iced Capps on the evening of January 13 and when paying through the app the employee told us the payment didn't process. She insisted we pay again despite the fact that the app and our online banking both said the charge went through. Even though it was a problem with their system the employee was pushy and rude when telling us we had to pay again and even though it was a Sunday night our money would be refunded "in a few hours" so we paid the second time to get it over with. The money was not refunded that night or any other day since regardless of the fact that we already contacted the customer care service. So don't bother responding to this review passing the buck to that waste of time process. We WERE quite frequent customers but haven't been back to any location since this incident. It's not the money that's the issue, it's the complete lack of any customer service.

Really rude staff. Asked for the creamy choclate chill I ordered to be made properly instead of choclate just being dumped into the drink. they just took the drink and blended it again with the whip cream already in it. They looked at me like I was stupid. Customer service is terrible at most locations around the okanagan.
