Been here a few times to buy gear for hiking /camping. The workers on the atmosphere side always help a lot. You can tell they enjoy their job and go the little extra to help out. You definitely feel it.

They were holding a kayak for me and when I got my husband there to pick it up a few hours later they had sold it. I was told they'd hold it to 7pm and I was there at 330. Horrible customer service.

Not very helpful at all. My mom tried to get some information on a kayak and the girl that helped her wasn't willing to look into anything for her. She didn't want to call the other stores to look into inventory, she wanted my mom to do it. My mom also wanted some information on a different kayak but the bar code wasn't working and the girl wasn't willing to try and look into it more to get the correct information. I know people have their bad days but customer service was horrible.

Sportchek was well staffed but no one approached me, even to say hi. The individual working in atmosphere was abscent the majority of the time. She was working hard just didn't help the customer's much. I watched as several people including myself with clothing walked around and around looking for someone to assist. Store was super clean. Just a bit frustrating trying to track someone down.
