“Had damage on my car estimated at 4 autobody shops and found the best price at John's (almost half the price as one of the other ones). One week to get me in - in on Tuesday and completed (on time and estimate) on Friday. Looks great. No hassle and friendly, accommodating people to deal with. Note: when getting ready to depart the premises, I ran into the owner. He was treating his employees to lunch, which I discovered was a weekly practice. Love this business practice and love supporting local businesses in this town!”

“BMW X7 M50i - rear end was struck in a parking lot causing 20k in damage to both tailgates and bumpers. The X7 was parked and unoccupied; still waiting on ICBC to waive my liability. Nonetheless, I can’t say enough about the quality of craftsmanship that Distinctive put into this job. Unlike other body shops, they kept two key points in mind - the complexity of German vehicles, and how much their owners love them. You can clearly see they how much pride they take in their work in these before and after photos.
To top it off, their customer service is second-to-none. They arranged my rental vehicle of equal size (I didn’t have to go from a large luxury SUV to a basic compact sedan), kept me informed every step of the way, and fully detailed the vehicle inside out upon completion.
They made just one small mistake-I got a text saying my vehicle would be ready by the end of the day, so I drove down from Nanaimo to pick it up. When I got to Victoria they called and said they couldn’t get the exhaust back on in time and it wouldn’t be ready until after the weekend. I was quite frustrated having driven almost 2 hours for nothing, but manager Matt was extremely apologetic and even compensated me for my time + fuel. It’s water under the bridge for me as I know they simply just wanted it to be perfect, and let me tell you, perfect it is!
I highly recommend Distinctive Autoworks to anybody looking to have their luxury vehicle repaired. They take great care of your vehicle and even better care of you.

“Went into Boyd thinking I would be getting approximately a 14-1800 bill to fix my front right bumper. My fault accident. The young guy who was giving me my estimate was able to buff up the main area on the bumper and it looked like new again. All I had to do was buy a paint pen from my dealership for $26 for small thin scrapes. To top it off he didn’t charge me anything. Thankyou Boyd Autobody Keating x Rd.

“My experience using Belmont Collision was incredible. I bought a 2023 Ram and within days of owning it, I was rear ended in a parking lot. I have an extremely busy schedule, and Belmont Collision was EXTREMELY kind and easy each and every time I needed to reschedule appointments. My truck has never looked better, and they were even able to incorporate a few extra scratches into the work due to the blending process required. Thank you to the staff at Belmont Collision for making a stressful situation so easy going. To be perfectly honest and clear there are some imperfections in the clear coat, but they are very minor and I can live with them. You have to get pretty close to see them. The colour match looks incredible, and the work done to the dented area is flawless.”

“I just feel compelled to write this review because I came in today requesting a quote for some paint work. Staff there had a look and told me it was covered under a manufacturer recall even though it wasn’t listed anywhere, even under the recall lookup page on Toyotas website. Saved me $1200. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.”
