One week to get me in - in on Tuesday and completed (on time and estimate) on Friday. Looks great. No hassle and friendly, accommodating people to deal with. Note: when getting ready to depart the premises, I ran into the owner. He was treating his employees to lunch, which I discovered was a weekly practice. Love this business practice and love supporting local businesses in this town!”

“I ripped the bumper off the front of my 2008 Audi A4 and took it in to Craftsman for an estimate, as I had to pay for repairs out of pocket. The manager, Matt, not only provided an honest estimate but searched for parts on the spot to try to make my repair more affordable. When I mentioned I wasn't keen on spending more than $$ amount because it was an older car, he got some tools out and helped put the bumper back in place as best he could, to improve the aesthetics. I appreciated the service immensely and would recommend his business to anyone that asks.”

The young guy who was giving me my estimate was able to buff up the main area on the bumper and it looked like new again.
