“The staff here are extremely friendly, communicative and really go the extra mile to help you through the claim process. You can tell they take real pride in their work. I'm very particular about my car and they took excellent care of my vehicle like it was their own. I am very happy with the repairs which are perfectly done, you cannot tell. Props to the Detailer as well who did an incredible job inside and out.”

“Had damage on my car estimated at 4 autobody shops and found the best price at John's (almost half the price as one of the other ones). One week to get me in - in on Tuesday and completed (on time and estimate) on Friday. Looks great. No hassle and friendly, accommodating people to deal with. Note: when getting ready to depart the premises, I ran into the owner. He was treating his employees to lunch, which I discovered was a weekly practice. Love this business practice and love supporting local businesses in this town!”

“I came for an oil change on a discount Wednesday for women because I had not had an oil change in about 8 months and I still had about 4000 kms left before I was due for one. The nice fellow checked my oil and said it was still reasonably clean, and not down, and said that unless I was doing a long trip, it didn’t need changing for another few months so I’ll return in Sept or October. He topped up my washer fluid and checked my tires and I went on my way. Oh yes, he explained the different options for a synthetic oil change, recommending the middle option at under $140.00. Very reasonable and competitive, I would say. I will return. Note that the access is off Bay even though it is on the corner of Douglas, so approach Jiffy Lube by Bay Street.”

“I just had a great experience with the folks at Boyd! Alicia and Ruth were fantastic. They got everything organized, repaired and back to me right when they said they would, after a recent hit and run. And not only was the repair done so well that it looked like new, but they also cleaned the whole car, inside and out. Excellent service!”

“Went into Boyd thinking I would be getting approximately a 14-1800 bill to fix my front right bumper. My fault accident. The young guy who was giving me my estimate was able to buff up the main area on the bumper and it looked like new again. All I had to do was buy a paint pen from my dealership for $26 for small thin scrapes. To top it off he didn’t charge me anything. Thankyou Boyd Autobody Keating x Rd. Lorraine”

The estimator was very clear and helpful in explaining the claim process and overall excellent place to get your collision estimated and repaired. Kudos to you guys.”
