Gas stations doesn’t pump gas although we pre authorized more than enough

Hi! I like this place but I order a donut with some cream filling ( I forgot the name..) and the cream tasted weird. The people in the other room were making weird sounds and it took half an hour to get my donut. The donut tasted weird and the room smelled like salmon. Instead of like the thick cream it was very watery and white much and there wasn’t as much. Never getting donuts here because of this. I also order ice cap with whip cream but instead of cream they gave me the same cream for donuts (the bad tasting one)
I don’t like order stuff with cream or thick things because of this ! I want a refund…

Very rude behaviour of this person he said it’s my job I will do whatever I want , so arrogant over the phone for 15min .
No customer service need education .

I went to this 7/11 between 1 to 2 AM, but the employee inside refused to open the door even though the store is listed as 24 hours open. I asked politely, but he still denied entry without any reason.
The employee was not wearing a name tag or proper uniform and was rude. He also had a tattoo on his arm, which may help identify him.
If the store has any late-night restrictions, they should be clearly mentioned online or on the entrance. Otherwise, customers expect the store to be open.
I request the manager and area leader to look into this so it doesn’t happen again.

I ordered a 12-pack of Coca-Cola through Uber Eats and immediately noticed something was off - the box felt unusually light and had been taped up on one end. When I counted the cans, I found only 11, many of which were heavily damaged. This raises serious concerns about quality control. Is this the standard of service expected from 7-11? This is highly disappointing and unacceptable.

Server had gloves on - handled cash - opened sliding window! Handled cookies - handled cash again at drive thru. Handled sanwich items all with the same air of gloves.. NOT FOOD SAFE. Just now - Dec 17 6:30 pm

It's supposed to be 24/7 but whenever you go there late at night, the door is locked and employee ignores you. If he sees you he'll wave you away mouthing "NO NO NO". This is what happens when all of your employees are international students and LMIA scammers.

They clearly don't have timers on their taquitos, was so dry and over crispy I could only get through half of one of them. They can only be out for so long before they are overdone and cannot be served
