I ordered a 12-pack of Coca-Cola through Uber Eats and immediately noticed something was off - the box felt unusually light and had been taped up on one end. When I counted the cans, I found only 11, many of which were heavily damaged. This raises serious concerns about quality control. Is this the standard of service expected from 7-11? This is highly disappointing and unacceptable.

Server had gloves on - handled cash - opened sliding window! Handled cookies - handled cash again at drive thru. Handled sanwich items all with the same air of gloves.. NOT FOOD SAFE. Just now - Dec 17 6:30 pm

It's supposed to be 24/7 but whenever you go there late at night, the door is locked and employee ignores you. If he sees you he'll wave you away mouthing "NO NO NO". This is what happens when all of your employees are international students and LMIA scammers.

They clearly don't have timers on their taquitos, was so dry and over crispy I could only get through half of one of them. They can only be out for so long before they are overdone and cannot be served

Would be 5 stars for KULDEEP from Saturday night had the previous employee not completely screw up our order badly. KULDEEP THANKS FOR REALLY STEPPING UP. SURE HOPE 7/11 IS SMART AND SOME HOW RECOGNIZES YOU FOR HANDLING THE SITUATION.. 7/11.. your other employee totaly bombed it.. didn't even get half our order nvm the rest of the issues .. more training or new hires that care !!

Place was clean, stocked, organized. It's on the smaller side as it shares space with Tims but I thought it was very clean inside and the staff behind the counter were pleasant. Purchased some chips and drinks for the road and filled the tank and continued on with the road trip. Was a quick efficient stop. Thanks 711
