Always check your receipts. A staff member at this store added additional items to my bill that I did not purchase, apparently assuming I wouldn’t notice.
After paying by credit card, I asked for the receipt and I was shocked to see items I never requested or bought.
I immediately asked for a refund to my credit card, but the staff member refused and instead tried to give me cash, which felt like an attempt to cover it up.
When I asked to speak to a manager, he refused to provide the manager’s contact information.
Only after I insisted did he finally process a refund back to my card.
I will never return to this store again.

I'm not coming back here with this rude staff doesn't want to refill ketchup and mayo. She's acting mad as if I can't ask for it to refilled. These ppl shouldn't work with that type of attitude.

Excellent customer service & positive energy from Rajan. She is always so pleasant to interact with! Watched her assist a senior with so much kindness & care while keeping the flow of a busy store going. She’s the best!

Ordered a bag if chips on uber eats and got a STAPLE from the bag in my bag of chips, SERIOUSLY ??, Luckily I poured the chips into my hand otherwise I likely could have died from eating the chips thanks a lot 711 for making me wait over an hour for a 3 minute drive just to get me to nearly slice my throat on A STAPLE, completely ridiculous not to mention the outrageous customer service they actually have in the store, insane I will not be ordering from here unless I absolutely have to, 2 times I've ordered from here and the last time they got my order wrong, forgot an item and their menu isn't even updated, in all honesty people take your business else where

Claims they are open 24 hours but every night they are closed for long periods of time. Just arrived there right now (2:44am) to find out they are closed until 3:36am. It's ridiculous. This happens all the time at nights.

Hi, I ordered from 7 now delivery on August 4 around 8:30 am. I ordered milk in the order that is 5 days expired. Plus the corn dog I received every-time from this store always cold from inside. I have to come back personally & exchange the milk. The stuff is very unprofessional && please train them properly for expiry products & for the hot food temperature.

Kish and his staff are the best people you will ever meet. They are always so welcoming and friendly. I was in today with my team after a long day after cleaning and he and his staff were so happy to help us.
Highly recommend this place.
I would travel all lengths for a coffee because of their friendliness.
