Get an automatic door. I’ve been a few times and am so surprised you wouldn’t already have one considering your demographic is parents with babies…. Likely in strollers.
Today felt particularly frustrating when after making my purchase neither of the women working thought to offer to get the door for me instead they both opted to stay glued to their respective computers as i struggled my way out.
I asked if they thought to get an automatic door which they said they have asked ownership for but still don’t have. Get a better door please or train your staff to be more helpful

Active Baby Langley is hands down one of the best baby stores I’ve ever visited!
From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much care they put into creating a welcoming space for parents. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and patient — they take the time to answer questions, explain product differences, and even share their own parenting tips. It never feels rushed or “salesy,” just genuine support.
The store itself is beautifully organized, making it easy to browse strollers, car seats, clothing, and all the little essentials you don’t even realize you need until you see them. Their selection is fantastic — high-quality, trusted brands that you know will last, plus unique items you won’t easily find elsewhere.
What really stood out to me was their customer service. Whether it’s helping with a car seat install, making sure you’ve got the right stroller accessories, or following up to ensure you’re happy with your purchase, they go above and beyond. You can tell they truly care about families and want to make life easier for new parents.
I left not only with everything I needed, but also with so much peace of mind knowing I got the right products for my baby. If you’re a new or expecting parent in the Fraser Valley, Active Baby in Langley should be your first stop. Highly recommend!

Stopped in with my wife to look at strollers. The lady helping us was very friendly and took the time to walk us through the different stroller models explaining the details and features to help us make the right decision for us. Thanks!

Great store but not so great staff, the girl I was talking to had no idea about any of the things I asked her in regards to car seats and strollers. Also, she smelled so bad and had extremely dirty hair, which is the last thing pregnant ladies need to see/smell....please remember you are dealing with sensitive people that are ready to throw up at any time, bad smelling and dirty employees are extremely off putting.

I love this store! I have been a shopper here for 5yrs and love the quality of the clothes I have purchased for my 3 grandchildren. Fast forward to a recent experience purchasing a UppaBaby stroller and accessories for the 4th grandchild, the staff went above and beyond to keep me in the loop regarding manufacturing delays. When the product arrived they were all just as happy as I was to get the stroller in time for the baby shower this weekend. I will continue to recommend this story to all people with kids....

The store is sucks, and the store people very rude, they only say hi and help to the western people, tonight if is not my son with me together I will fight out with them, and now I felt regrets to not fight infront of me son, I should let him that if happen discrimination we should fight for ourselves. I will let more people know this store not good and is pretty fake.
