I'm not normally one to leave a review.
I recently started going to AIM and it's been a blast. I do the small group training, and have had sessions with each of the coaches. They are all there to see you succeed. I first went there without ever setting foot into a gym, if I can do it, you can too. I hope to see you there in class.

I started at AIM in Feb 2024 after a rear-end accident. I saw Jake for a few sessions and his knowledge helped me a lot.
After that I saw Trevor for the remaining sessions, he has also helped so much. I cannot thank him enough for all the knowledge he has provided me on my healing journey. There were times I couldn't perform a certain exercise and he would come up with a modification to still hit those muscles. He is patient and will push you in ways you think you cannot be pushed. Thank you for all your help!!

I went to Aim Athletic for my first session and I was positively surprised by how attentive the trainer was to the group. He showed us a bunch of challenging exercises, was super kind and helpful. What a great experience!

Another great session with Jake today! I’m always impressed with his knowledge and clear instructions, but those little adjustments/corrections to your form sure increase the “burn”!

Jake is friendly and knowledgeable with his fitness/hockey background. Our son Logan enjoys the workouts which challenge and teach him the fundamentals of strength and conditioning. Jake provides a comfortable environment yet challenges our son to be better.

He looks like a great place to take classes. I was up stairs working with a kinesiologist but everyone downstairs looks like they were working as a team in a class.

I recently joined AIM and it has been the best decision! All the coaches are super motivating and knowledgeable. They push you to your full potential and meet you at whatever stage you're at. Highly recommend this gym - I promise you will look forward to every single workout!
