What a disappointment. Not even 3 months wear on these. This is the reason to get leather, Nike's or other reputable brand/store. One star for the look. Price 👎🏻 Quality 👎🏻👎🏻.

I visited last Friday afternoon and was disappointed with the service. There was no greeting, and I had to repeatedly ask a staff member for sizes, who was cold and unengaging. The worst attitude. This is unusual for Aldo. At the guildford location which is twice as busy the staff members go out of their way to locate sizes and for future I'll be going there. Definate no go.

Apparently Aldo does not stand behind their products , this pair of shoes is 5 months old. Falling apart and paid over $150 for them. I have talked to the store and customer service to no avail. They do not stand behind their products . This should not happen to a 5 month old shoes . I will never buy Aldo again , buy Cole hand or something similar, there are lots of options. Do not buy Aldo the quality has dropped and they do not stand behind their products!!!

Horrible customer service. My mother bought a shoe from this store two days ago and after the first try for less than half an hour or so, she noticed that the shoe is bothering her toes. When she came to the store to return the item they told us that it is against the policy and that we have to talk to customer service. We told them that we paid by cash and that customer service can not process the refund, still, they didn't accept it. Total fraud, they will sell you garbage items and not return them. Save your money and never buy an item from ALDO

Apparently this location closes 20mins earlier than the rest of the mall. No more customers are allowed in? Just ridiculous. ?♀️ guess ill buy my shoes elsewhere.

Went in to look for men's dress shoes, scoped them out myself and was in the store for 10minutes only to not get any customer service. They'd rather be behind the desk staring at each other's phones and talk about instagram.
