Delivered a package here, I was eye rolled by the manger named Fatima that came out from the back and talked unprofessionally in front of customers. I was unaware that they had a back door to accept packages. Could have just let me know nicely instead of being rude/grumpy about it.

Associate Manpreet is very helpful & assisted me a lot with showing me different dresses & styles according to my preference for my baby shower. She went above and beyond and has excellent customer service. I ended up buying 2 dresses instead of 1. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends & family. Other staff is also very helpfull

I love coming to this store in particular, it’s always clean and organized that allows me to shop easily. As soon as you enter the store, I know exactly where to find what I need and the staff are always happy to help whenever i need assistance.

I have been shopping here for my jeans for over 20 years. I visited today to buy a pair of jeans. The dressing room was discussing with handprints all over the door. Upon paying for my goods, the teller attempted to penny push and scam me by trying to sell me a paper bag. Bags used to be provided as a thank you for using our store. Now they want to sell me a bag for 25 cents that costs them less then 7 cents to make. Zero care for the customers experience. I’ll be buying my jeans elsewhere from now on.

Tried to return some jeans. They fit when I tried them on but after wearing them they stretched out over two inches. They would not take them back cause they were worn. How else am I supposed to tell the pants suck this bad. Store employees are so dismissive. This is why in store shopping continues to dive. I’ll just return online. Trying to save the time and energy of shipping for both parties and waiting for the refund.

It’s an American eagle store, you’re going to find the prices and products that you would expect from this brand but I’ve done multiple online orders with in store pick up and the orders never come on time *all of the orders were placed after the postal strike ended*

I personally dress more alternatively and I had a really good find today. The person that helped me (I believe it was Katie… or their name started with a C/K) helped me with checking out my items. They told me about the deal on my pants, adjusted the price for me and gave me some really good recommendations on what to wear with these pants. As someone who’s trying to be more fashion literate I was very happy to be educated a bit today. Big slay.

I had ordered some items to this branch for a pickup. First of all one of the two items arrived a week past the estimated arrival date. And as soon as it arrived they gave me 7 days to pick them up. I called to tell them I need more time since I'm out of town and they agreed to hold the items. But then the order got cancelled because 7 days passed... So I call again and they tell me they hold the two items for me to buy again. Anyway finally when I go to "buy the items again" now one of the two items was missing and I only ended up getting half of my order. Very disappointing and unorganized.

I bought some stuff from Burnaby location and I went to return them in this store. I had 4 items to return and when I returned them, the lady who was helping me, took the 4 items and returned only 3 of the items in my card. I got to know when I went home. I had to come back another day to have my money back. They were nice but they cost me another unnecessary trip to their store. Please pay attention to this kind of thing so you don’t cause your customer any inconvenience.
