“This review isn’t for TD itself but for one of the bank tellers in this branch. I was dealing with banking issues from TD for the last month or so and it was the most stressed out I’ve ever been. I was receiving no help from any service rep and felt very lost on how to resolve my banking issues. That was until I went into this branch and was helped by a service rep of the name Riti. I went into this branch expecting to receive no help as per usual but instead received the greatest help I could’ve asked for. Riti was incredibly kind, patient and understanding of my given situation. I was able to tell she really cared for me and wanted to help me in the best way possible. Not only did she solve my issue but gave me the greatest service I have ever received in a bank. I left the bank almost in tears from the weight that she had lifted from my shoulders. Thank you so much for your help Riti and I do hope that nothing but joy and prosperity follow you into the future.”
