Made an appt to speak with a Mandarin speaker and didn’t get this BUT they did end up having someone available if needed on-site but we managed.
Victor and Pauline were patient and extremely helpful and delivered service beyond my expectations. They are both knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Pauline was especially helpful for providing us service beyond our appointment and we really appreciated this.
