“I took away one star just because I’d say the store is hard to find. There’s two entrances but one of them says go to the other side. Then once you find the front, it seems like you’re walking into a random warehouse. Anyways, I wish remembered to take pictures to help others but I forgot. But other than that, I brought two batteries in to get them replaced and they were able to help me. Very nice customer service. Since I know nothing about batteries it’s nice that they know what they’re doing. Was a smooth process. Would recommend.”
