Purchased a new Samsung A35 phone from this location Nov.13. Mandhir, Tara and Geek Squad were super helpful. Saved $ 180 on a quote from Telus earlier in the day, every employee in the store was very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend and not hesitate to buy from this location again for any Best Buy products.

I bought headphones and a warranty for them I was told if I experienced any problem with them to come back to the store for help and I did with my original receipt and the front told me they actually won’t help here and that I would need to go via online the receipt they told me to scan sent me to a United States office sent me through circles and ended up with nothing but a waste of time and money why advertise and sell me a warranty that you don’t even enforce pathetic

I pay for warranty and services. I went in to get warranty on a controller I bought which I was told to come back if needed. The guy at the front told me to just go online and they can’t help. The online service is hell, and the phone calls is hell

Ordered a Geek Squad phone and case. Courier told me they couldn't deliver to my address. I contacted Best Buy to update my delivery address to the local courier pick-up business. They said it would take 24 hours. 6.5 days later, the address still wasn't updated, so I contacted Best Buy to request a follow-up on updating the delivery address. They said to just continue waiting. I asked to speak with the employee's supervisor, who also said to just continue waiting. I was asked to leave a review of my support chat, and I left a negative review. The next morning, my order for the case was canceled, and my phone was shipped back to Best Buy. No explanation was provided. I emailed the Best Buy ethics address, and there has been no response.

I needed a new laptop and had my mind set to a specific brand as that’s what I am used to working with. I was assisted with Nihar who gave me honest recommendations and information on a couple other brands. I was very impressed with his service, professionalism and knowledge, and answered any questions we had. I ended up going with one of his recommendations and so far I’m very happy with my purchase and extra add ons included! Thanks again for everything!

After a horrible experience at another bestbuy location, Jarrod, the manager saved the day. He went above and beyond to fulfill my request.although he didn't have to. He spent more than an hour to solve the issue of returning a phone outside of the return period. although he was the store manager that evening and very busy, he called the provider multiple times to have it done. He is a fantastic manager and he proved that he cares about his customer. 10 stars for him

Horrible customer service, staff all seem so miserable and uninterested in their customers and more interested in socializing and distancing themselves from customers. Upon arriving with my two children, I first noticed how empty the store is. I've never seen it so empty. I was surprised, but decided to just enjoy a quiet shopping experience. I wasn't approached or acknowledged by any of the staff, but, I did notice how quickly they took off when there were possibilities of helping a customer. The staff all looked like they were on their lunch breaks while socializing on the floor and behind the front counters. Their attitudes and poor customer service as well as an empty store really paints a picture here of how this store has gone downhill. Over the years, we have spent thousands of dollars on electronics and never had any issues with customer service. I ultimately ended up leaving and didn't buy anything. I felt like I was just inconveniencing the staff.

So thankful for the manager Jarrod! I needed to pick up an item for my mom who was leaving the next day and couldn’t pick it up. Went above and beyond to help me pick up the order under my mom’s name even though I wasn’t supposed to be able to pick it up. Confirmed the addresses emails and order over the phone to allow me to pick up the order. Big respect to him and whoever trained him for being patient and understanding in helping me out! Will definitely be purchasing from this branch more frequently

Never ever ever allow best buy to deliver your appliances! The 2 guys that showed up refused to move our old fridge into the garage (where we had a spot all prepared for any leaking that may occur) as the "company doesnt do that" which is a flat out lie. Turns out there were mad because they had thought we were recycling our fridge so that they could take our fridge for themselves and sell it for a profit! So they plopped our old fridge in the middle of our kitchen which then leaked and damaged our floors. They then lied about why they couldnt complete the move. And both best buy and the moving company they hire have said its our fault as we didnt prep a spot for the old fridge. Which again is a lie. Terrible customer service from the higher ups. Would never get them to deliver again. Damaged my home and they just dont care.
