Very disappointed with the service by staff on the sales floor. Two associates were chatting away in front of us while another completely ignored us. When I approached them to ask a question, they were quite rude and curt (to the point that they made us feel rather embarrassed).At least the store is well stocked and the Trainee at the cashier was friendly and happily answered our questions.

I have a lot of experience of online orders in different countries of the world, different trading platforms such as Amazon.ca, AliExpress, Alza.cz, Rozetka.ua . But on no platform in any country in the world have I had such problems as with Best Buy. Ordered from Best Buy four times and each time had a problem. THIS IS THE WORST PLATFORM IN THE WORLD!!! If you want problems, buy at Best Buy.ca.

Aditya is super genuine, caring, and provides TOP NOTCH costumer service. He was engaged with me during the whole time, took his sweet time to explain everything andMake sure I understood the products. I went to “look” for a desktop computer and ended up buying a desktop computer , ps5 and a printer . What a wonderful experience and what a sweet attitude he had. I know his time was up and yet he stayed past his working hours. We were helped by one shorter guy and he was awesome, but when we were helped by a cashier named Shushti, or Shashti (she wasn't wearing a name tag) she did a terrible job at explaining company policy to us. She made the process of buying things about half an hour more than it needed to be and she misplaced the products we intended to buy. Her attitude was terrible.

Been here a few times and always terribly slow, no one ever knows where things are they just kind of give you a general direction. Just came in to buy an iPhone, stood around a bit and asked someone to sell me one I said I don’t need a plan and she said I’ll get someone. As I watch multiple employees wander aimlessly a guy comes up and says wait another 5 minutes. After telling them there’s multiple people wandering this is f’n ridiculous I left. I’m not sure what it is with business’s these days, they charge more and more and their service gets worse and worse.

I bought a Bluetooth headset which stopped working within a year, I contacted BestBuy who directed me to Jabra, after which Jabra directed me back to Bestbuy who did not respond back and went silent, I will be avoiding purchasing from Best Buy when I can as a result.

Hi . My experience in the store was too bad . The store manager named Gurnaz was too rude instead of hearing our issue , she was being more arrogant and was not sorry for the customer service she was providing us. She had no smile on her face and was very very rude. I don’t know how she became the manager in the store

To be fair, my experience in store was pleasant but they could not do anything for me. There isn’t a way to review the online entity so I will leave this here.I purchased a couple items that included a free gift when added to cart. The gifted items were added to cart as written. When I received the order the promotional free gifts were not included.I was made to jump through hoops. I first attempted the chat which eventually ended with me having to contact the customer service line by phone; to which the operator said that there would be no problem with my request.I called and elected to receive a call back as the wait time was 22 min. I kept my phone close by for 2hrs but no call was received. I called back the next morning and waited in queue until my call could be fielded.The eventual conclusion was that the promotional item was no longer in stock and they could not replace it with a comparable one. I understand policy, but felt I’ve been really given the run around spending 40+ min on the phone after getting thru.I would have liked to have an indication at checkout that the item was NOT available, or perhaps a note in the package noting that the gifted items would not be arriving as they were out of stock… SOMETHING. I was left to wonder if there was a problem with the order, or maybe it was arriving at a later date. Either way, it was up to me to find out.I ended up having to spend more time driving to BestBuy to make a return. What a waste of time. I hope you can get things sorted online as eating people’s time (yours and mine) is unacceptable… or offer a better resolution?Count me as a dissatisfied customer. I will likely shop elsewhere whenever given the choice and advise others to do the same.

Not a stroller friendly location, I went here with my family shopping for a $1000 item, it is impossible to get down any of the main aisles with a stroller without getting stuck between all the air conditioning boxes they have set up. It was so frustrating and the staff just stood in one place watching without offering any sort of help, my advice is if you’re planing on going to this location with kids or a stroller, find another location perhaps. And yes we just walked out and ended up buying the same item elsewhere for the same price.

My family and I came to this location in hopes to purchase a new laptop for the upcoming school year and the service didn’t disappoint. Everyone was nice and always checked in with us if we needed anything and we have to thank Aditya for being so patient with us and showing us the best and reliable options within our price range

geek squad....They couldnt save my old laptop said we have to charge you or take out a year long subscription. so i bought a new laptop and the subscription. now after a few months Im having an overheat problem wife took it in and they want to send it out,.... ive diagnosed the problem. battery. they still want to have my laptop for two weeks rather than warranty it. two weeks? really? a diagnostic doesnt take two weeks and why send it out?? i have tried multiple times to contact the store for a reply when i asked for a manager to call me and NO ONE responded Every number leads to the main prompt after prompt and ridiculous wait times. Why do you make it so hard to talk to a real person??,. I love buying things from Best Buy but their customer service is absoloutely terrible They have my money and Geek squad is useless to me

This company needs to do a better job of stocking simple common items that a person would need to install a TV set. Went there yesterday for an angled HDMI adapter (Best buy shows they are available online through third party). I find they don't even stock them in the store. Had to go to London Drugs instead to purchase one (they had plenty in stock in store). In the future I won't even waste my time going to Best Buy. For a company that sells plenty of TV sets you would think their purchasing dept would provide better selection of needed adapters.

I shop regularly at the Langley Best buy. I have had multiple experiences with an employee, Jaya (unsure of spelling) having a dismissive attitude towards me. A few days ago, as I was walking into the store, she was stadning atthe entrance.She did not greet me, but instead, greeted the customers behind me. When I left the store, I gave her eye contact and we locked eyes for a good few seconds and she did not say goodbye to me.That same day, I filed a complaint and someone named Amanda from that Langley location called me. I asked if I could get an apology from Jaya and she said that "well Jaya is a teenager so it would be hard for her to do that." I was thinking: "so if she was an older employee, it would be ok to ask her for an apology?"Today, I walked into the store and was told that a manager named Jason was going to call me, and he did. He apologized on behalf of the store for Jaya's behavior. When I brought up the issue with Amanda having a prferential bias towards Jaya becuase of her age, he became irate and accused of stirring up trouble. He said: "It sounds like you are trying to get us on something. We have provided more than excellent service to you. I do not appreciate what you are doing."In fact I was not trying to "get them for something" - I was merely bringing up a completely different issue with regards to the other employee Amanda.***It became very clear at this point that complaining isn't going to resolve issues. I told Jason that this issue is over.

What a joke this store is. Tried their "trade in" program with 2 printers, 3 cell phones and 2 tablets - was told they don't take any of it, and was offered $4 for 1 tablet.They obviously do not care about electronics making it into the landfill.This is why I stopped shopping at Best Buy over 10 years ago.Never will I step foot into their stores again.

Helpful and conscientious staff! Despite being short staffed, there were consistently staff members checking in on me, apologizing for the delay, and letting me know someone would be with me as soon as possible. When someone did become available, he was super knowledgeable and made my decision easy!
