Black Well is a store with a great selection and great sales. The shopping experience is hassle-free, with a good selection of sizes and colors. The staff is very kind, helpful, and accommodating. They are friendly, chill, and pleasant to talk to, providing exceptional customer service. The salespeople are really great, going above and beyond and out of their way to help. They are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, guiding customers in all sorts of ways. Staff are also very straightforward and bubbly. This level of customer service makes the whole experience enjoyable and a 10/10. Customers highly recommend coming in and will definitely come back.

I hate shoe shopping....but my experience in this store was EXCEPTIONAL! The young lady helping me was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and guided me in all sorts of ways. She was also very kind and chill. Loved it!

I didn't get her name but she was very helpful in helping me order the shoes I wanted to my house the next day (at the same price I would have purchased them) instead of me needing to go all the way to Tsawwassen Mills. Overall all the staff was very kind and helpful
