They should have limited hours on Saturdays as they don’t have Teller Services. Appointments only.. I had to cash a check and banks close at 4pm and it’s a long weekend. Change your hours to limited hours if you have limited hours so the people know!

Lamest branch of BMO twice I have tried to deal at this branch to deposit a paycheck and both times they tell me they gotta keep a hold when other branches that I've gone to have no problem after looking over that I deposit this paychecks twice a month. What a service from this branch. Will never come to this branch or recommend it.

This is by far Canada's worst bank, my wife had to book an appointment to add me to her account, she was told to take an appointment that took 10 days, today we walk in they tell us she didn't have an appointment booked , the same lady who my wife spoke with the 1st time told us she can book us a new appointment instead of helping us, it would have taken her 10 minutes, we overheard her tell her colleague she had an appointment an hour later, so why make us wait 7-10 days? We just went across to CIBC, it took 5 minutes not the 10 I thought it would take, if you are reading this please don't bank with BMO they just don't care

Spent 2 hours with a teller to send money to another bank in Canada. They told me it's not possible because it isn't in their system and they can't add it manually. I can send wire transfers to random banks in other countries but sending it within Canada is impossible. When I complained to the manager they told me I should find another way to send money and not question their tellers. So I went to another branch and they did it easily. Hands down the worst run BMO branch in BC. Avoid at all costs.

Unhelpful, unreliable and full of lies. They are unable to do anything helpful and constantly make me have to "call my home branch" in Ontario. Completly useless.Update: home branch wants to know why this branch didn't contact them.Fun fact, they're open on Saturday but no tellers. Maybe they should state that..

I have had the “pleasure” now walking into this branch two times in a row to deal with this location branch manager and she is one of the most UNPLEASANT and unhelpful people I have ever had to deal with. Her domineer, body language, facial expressions and lack of helpfulness leave you feeling like you are doing something wrong by being there and your business is not appreciated what so ever. Complete unwillingness to help. How she is in the position she is in just blows my mind. Absolutely terrible experience.Ps. I have never written a review before but, this experience for the second time in a row has left me feeling so angry, disregarded and disappointed so this is my first.

Worst bank experience ever! When I came to the branch last week, They said they didn't book the appointment successfully for me at first, then told me they made a mistake on my name…The branch manager made you uncomfortable too.

I showed up literally last minute for a personal finance emergency and Anita Abel (employee) went above and beyond to address my needs and help me out. Even though there were only 2 minutes until the branch was closing, she took the time to listen to my needs and advised me of the best solution. She treated me kindly and with respect and patience. Thank you so much Anita for helping me out with a big smile on your face :) I highly recommend this branch!

Oct 27 2022 11:45AMReceived rude service from the immigrant female Korean teller. Sounded like she was angry at me for asking questions. Will never go back to this branch or deal with this bank again. People like this should not be working in customer service in this country.

Michelle (Personal Banker) was phenomenal. Very informative with all our questions, patient, and always super friendly and upbeat on the phone as well. Extremely accomodating with our availability as well when we were booking our phone appt. We had a fantastic experience with Michelle's services! Thank you!
