I am really enjoying the classes at Brand Fitness. Different exercises, never boring great group of ladies. 30 minute classes, i have been going for a few weeks and I am starting to notice the difference already.

Awesome walking classes with great music. Their new app though is very irritating and the owner doesn’t respond to emails or messages sent. I cancelled because I could not access classes through app and was paying over 20 bucks CAD a month for services.

Excellent gym focused on small group training. I signed up for the 28-day transformation, which was great, and enjoyed the gym so much I became a monthly member.

I love these workouts! The music is fantastic and the steps are so easy to follow. Time just flies during the sessions! I highly recommend, do them and you will see great results!
