“There is so many positive things to say about this place. But, first off, the layout of their place was perfect and very beautiful. I loved how the change rooms were placed and organized. It made it much more private than the first location I went to that looked more change room like and everyone was in the central area. Also the staff were so lovely and super helpful! The day I started looking at wedding dresses was the day I only wanted to browse stores to get an idea of what dress style I’d potentially want for my wedding. I didn’t book any appointments that day. And the first place I went to didn’t have a good vibe. It was crazy busy, and I didn’t get much help from the people that worked there. I had some doubts when I stepped into Everything But The Groom, as in not sure if I wanted to continue looking at dresses that day after my first locations experience. But as soon as we stepped into the store. We were greeted with a warm welcoming smile. A quick rundown of where all the dresses were and how they were organized. And they even mentioned if there was a cancellation, they would book me in if I wanted to. I didn’t get to try on dresses that day. But I booked an appointment a week later to try on some dresses. Again, the staff were super friendly when I went back. The lady specifically helping me that day (Jessie) did such a great job in making me feel comfortable in the environment and all the dresses I tried on. And when it came down to me picking a dress, Jessie gave me space and time to think about it before she came back to the room to assist with the rest of my appointment. She was very patient and kind and it never felt like she was being pushy or trying to push for a sale to happen. I didn’t once feel rushed during my appointment. And I found the dress there for my wedding! So thank you Everything But the Groom for such an amazing experience 🥰❤”
