Update: I had left a positive review before, but today’s experience was disappointing.(Dec 26 evening) The young female clerk sighed when I mentioned an Amazon return and handled my item roughly by tossing it into a bin. The attitude felt dismissive.
I understand everyone has bad days, but this level of attitude is not acceptable in customer service.

Pay attention at the register when you are paying for items, the cashier at the time i bought something wasn't really paying attention and talking on her phone and ended up double charging me for an item.

When I come here, most of the time the floors are sticky and the employees don't really care or aren't nice. Normally, I'm not the type of person who calls people out on these things, but you need to hire better employees.

bought a steam gift card today.
Later when I go to activate it it doesnt work
see on the receipt it didnt activate but I already payed. Returned later in the day and worker told me its final sale. Even though he was the one that didnt catch it didnt go through. I just want what I payed for
Directed to manager on monday or steam. They will usually say go to the other for help. ( )
Once Again I just want what I payed for
I shouldnt have to go to the manager
or steam
or tell steam the store mangers name if they are not helping.
I'll try again monday
If I have proof they should just honour it no questions asked.

Amazon return—— 7 out of 10 times their system is down and refuse an Amazon return. Used to believe them but just waaaayyy tooooo many time.

I had a terrible experience with Tejas at this Circle K. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I walked in, he was on his phone while there was a lineup of customers waiting, clearly not interested in doing his job. His attitude was dismissive and careless, making it obvious he didn’t want to work or help anyone. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any Circle K. I will never return to this location again and would strongly suggest others avoid it as well.

Ice cream machine is always “broken” or the employees can’t be bothered to refill the machine. Maybe remove the machine at this point guys, it’s annoying constantly running into this issue.

While reading the other reviews, I realized everyone is saying the same thing. YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE. They certainly proved that when I was there. Do they even know the meaning of customer service? Why are they so snobby and treating everyone like a shoplifter? This was my worst experience so far.
I did Too Good To Go at this Circle K, and the guy working was really rude to me. He asked me to show the confirmation on my phone but had no manners. no greeting, no thank you, nothing. In Canada, we’re used to at least a little respect, but he doesn’t seem to know how to be nice to people. The box I got was a cookies tossed in like a garbage box. Honestly, I wouldn’t even be complaining about the bag if he had at least been polite. And because his rude and the way he handled it was unacceptable. I want to report him, or at least I hope he knows there’s a complaint about how he treats customers. This place is ridiculous

I had come here twice. Both times were awful.
First time I got charged extra for a bag fee when I carried everything in my hands home. It was late I didn’t say anything so I just went on with my day. I am a young female so maybe they thought I was vulnerable, but I definitely noticed.
Next time I came here was with a group of friends, who were all dark in skin me and my friend were the only Caucasians in the group, there was about 8 of us. The staff kicked us out saying we couldn’t all be in there at once, another friend had mentioned to me that she had seen groups of people walk in before and it was never an issue.
I definitely believe it was racially motivated.
Awful experience. We ended up walking across the street to 7/11 where we were all welcome. I hope to never come back.

Every time I come here, they yell at us that we can only come in 1 at a time… it’s a corner store, not a luxury boutique.

Employee was rude, I was just getting a fountain drink and he kept waving to me to come to the cash register, wasn’t sure where to find the straws, so I went to ask my friends where to get them, he then continued to signal for me to come to him which I did because he had a problem with the fact that I hadn’t paid at that exact second I had finished getting my drink. I get to the counter and he tells me to “ask if I need help” in a rude tone, and then tells me he has stuff to do so, basically hurry up.
