Should have read reviews before I wasted my time coming here for an Amazon return. Was just told the system is down try another time. Seems more like they were busy with the lunch crowd and didn’t want to have to deal with it. Why not just remove yourself from the list???

People here don’t like entertaining Amazon Returns. They will immediately tell you the system is down without even checking.

This business is open 24 hours per day 7 days a week which attracts large groups of teenagers who are very loud and disturb the peace of the surrounding neighbourhood.

Do not use this location for Amazon returns. I returned 2 pairs of expensive sneakers this morning. The store only scanned one and Amazon only refunded one pair. I returned to the store 4 hours later and while the clerk acknowledged that there were two pairs, he would not scan the second pair into the system and he refused to give me some form of receipt to acknowledge that there were two pairs. The clerk then denied that there were two pairs at the store. It is a real shame, as Amazon customers like myself rely on honest vendors to process returns. It is a shame. - Buyer beware with this location - do not use.

WOW would never buy coffee or donught from this location.
The attendant that works in the morning was storing creamers under the counter inside the cabinet. He brought some out and they were HOT.
then today i see him bring donughts from the back without gloves or tray. He was carying them in his hands. Seriously the location should do better training or hire better staff. That was absolutely gross. it does not desrve even 1 star should have options for a minus

AMAZON RETURN BE CAUTIOUS
I went to the location today to do Amazon return I've used this location before never had an issue but today the guy behind the counter was being so rude to me he asked me if I could stand off to one side and wait so he can help the people behind me when I said no im in rush sorry,he just started helping people in line behind me,then he proceeded to do my amazon return,he said all done
I got home an hour later and noticed that I never received an email from amazon that they have got my return so I decided to reach out to amazon customer service they said no it dosent seem that item was return
Good thing I took a picture of sticker he put on my return he was being so rude I had a feeling he was doing something shady
After this experience I will be taking my business somewhere else I hope management reads this and provides proper customer service training to there employees after today experience i will be taking my business elsewhere im sure im not the first person this employee has treated this way
Add your store number to your response so then customers can let head office know about the complaint that was very shady just like the employee at the store seems like customer service needs to start at the top with the owners of the business

Zero Stars.
This Circle K is a joke. They pick and choose who gets to use the washroom, even if you’re a paying customer. I bought something and politely asked to use the restroom, only to be told it’s “not available”—yet minutes later, I saw them let someone else in. That’s not just bad service, it’s disrespectful and discriminatory. If you’re running a business, treat all customers equally. I won’t be stopping here again, and I suggest others take their money somewhere they’re actually treated with basic respect.

they gave me free pizza today and gave me another slice for letting them take a pic of me w my free pizza, idk why, but it was cool ?? I do wish it was still Mac’s tho tbh

An employee here thinks it's acceptable to send out 2 hour old pizza from the warmer for delivery. They also think it's acceptable when ordering a pepperoni pizza, to send out one third just cheese when they don't have enough old pepperoni slices to complete the pizza. You should be fired immediately.
