She did this whilst helping several other people (including two very rude ladies… should be ashamed of themselves is all I’m going to say) all with patience and good humour. It was about 45 minutes before closing and the associate helped me find two tees. She suggested other items, some not to my liking, but she was so great at figuring out what I wanted!”

The staff struck the perfect balance between being attentive and friendly, with genuine, easygoing conversations that made shopping enjoyable.
The cherry on top was the lady at the cashier. Even close to the end of the day, she had a wonderful attitude, was genuinely kind, and made the checkout experience feel warm and welcoming.
