This branch has really struggled in the past 6 months. Have gone several times to do USD transactions and I couldn’t because their US machine was acting up. Today I tried again and guess what, it was down again. Tried to use the ATM inside and that one is broken and not usable either. Only two tellers in with a line up to the door. Not great service.

I like this bank, well all banks suck and that's the truth, waiting in line can be unbearable but nothing u can do about that. For people that have had a terrible experience here or wondering about it, sure I have had some bad experiences at this particular branch but If you talk to the right person then they will help u if u ask properly.

Personally the worst Coast Capital branch I've been to in BC. staff were rude and unhelpful and caused me to contact management so really i've no reason to ever visit this branch again like many others have stated also.

I am a very regular visitor to the bank during business hours. I am disabled and have no ability to stand in line. I have always been treated well. Recently, the space where I can sit down to conduct my business was closed. I'm not happy about that but I am being well accomodated, so no complaints. It is occasionally pretty slow, but I am not usually in a hurry.

Aboslotley terrible Credit Union/bank. Had an appointment to discuss how poor their services are with repect to their debit and credit cards, the service fees and just lack of care and customer service. Arranged a meeting, a week later I decided while readung up what other banks offer that I don't need the .eating and that I've been given crapoy service fir past 20 years +. They don't care for ling term clients. I cancelled meeting and couldn't even get a hold of anyone. Then when I finally did after leaving a call back number I advised the person I don't need to meet and that I've decided to switch banks, all that was said ok sure I've cancelled your meeting. Thus provinsi they don't care - not even a question as to why or is there something we can improve etc. Nope thank you good bye. It just reconfirmed what I was already feeling. Don't bank qith these people. Just plain terrible.

What on earth is with this place?! Guys please please PLEASE work at upping the speed of your tellers just a tiny bit at least! Every time I come in you guys literally take at least ten minutes per customer. And then wander around for another ten minutes before helping the next one.It’s so ridiculous that it’s almost funny…except it’s not! I don’t want to be waiting this long every time.Please do better,Thanks very much!

I’ve been with CCS for a long time now, but I think I’m finally over it! When you are trying to close a deal on a new car on a Saturday and every other bank is open, all the dominoes are lined up… but coast capital is completely MIA. No branches open, nobody picking up the phone…. I’m done. I’m closing all 3 accounts and moving on.Edit: I finally got through to someone after over an hour, and they said they would temporarily raised my limit to the purchase amount… only it didn’t work at all. They hung up, I went to make the transaction and it was as if they did nothing at all. I literally cannot describe how frustrating the entire experience has been.

Went in to get a replacement bank card with my name on twice now and the first time got it in the mail without my name on it. They said it was a glitch in the system so waited another week and a half for another bank card the same thing happened . So now it's the third time asking for my name on the card so hopefully this time I get it with my name on. They have to freeze the bank card so I can't spend money for almost a month. If it doesn't come with my name on this time I will be going to a different bank.

No way of getting a phone number to make an appointment regarding a mortgage at my local branch. Been there for 40 years, but the branch number is still a secret !!!

My husband and I decided to renew our mortgage with a different lender as we were not getting the best deal possible and felt that CoastCapital’s customer service had declined recently. Our mortgage was paid off December 1st and yet they have taken two $650 payments out of my Royal Bank account as well as two payments from my husbands account. Last week I decided to go in person to speak to someone at the White Rock branch asking them to stop the payments. After waiting in line for nearly an hour the teller was told to let me know someone would look into it and get back to me. No one did and clearly they also didn’t fix the problem. I’m not sure what else I have to do to stop this. There is a very good reason why they have lost our mortgage and will soon lose the rest of our business also.
