I have had to take my vehicle here a few times and both times nothing but friendly, professional and kind service. Workmanship is excellent, customer service is above and beyond. Paul the assistant manager is always welcoming and helps to make the stressful experience an easy one. This team goes above and beyond. Have used this location on 96th Avenue in Walnut Grove in Langley several times for repair work and am always pleased with the exceptional service. Work is done in a timely manner, the repair work is second to none, my vehicles are always returned shiny and clean, the staff is courteous and informative and the loaner cars are new and spotless. I highly recommend this location for repairs

I called for an appointment to repair my 2001 car with ICBC claim at this location, and was told they are fully booked. I asked if I can book in next week or next month still got “not available” answer. Don’t know why they reject icbc repairs.

Really great and fast service! Had to get bumper realigned and it was done within hours, was able to pick it up the same morning :) Richard was very helpful with a quick consultation/estimate, employees were very friendly as well!

This is the second time I have used Craftsman Collision's services. Every step of the process went smoothly, from walking into the reception area to picking up the loaner car. They are professional in their repairs, welcoming in their reception, and attentive in their service.
