We have been taking our vehicles to Craftsman Collision for over 15 years. They have always been and continue to be very professional. They are not only quick but do work to the highest quality. Their communication is always top-notch. They inform me and keep me in the loop in regards to the progess of my vehicle.
Recently, we were on the unfortunate end of a hit and run. Again, we brought it to Craftsman, and by no suprise, they delivered. Our adjuster Paul Deabreu was very thorough, friendly, and professional. When we picked up our car, we were met by Yorbans. He was fast, efficient, and gave us touch-up paint. From the start of the process to the end, everything was worry free, and it went by smoothly. The next time something happens to our vehicles, there is no question who I will bring it to.

The team at craftsman collision did an amazing job on the body work and paint on my truck. They even touched up rock chips on the front bumper. Highly recommend this shop for body and paint work. Customer service is top notch.

I needed work done on a tight timeline and the wonderful team at Craftsman Collision made it happen. The damage to my vehicle wasn't extensive but it still required time and attention.
1. The initial assessment of the damage to my vehicle was booked and completed within a couple days of me calling them.
2. Despite them being fully booked, they made an effort to get my vehicle in and work completed within a week.
3. Everyone at the front office was friendly, informative, and helpful.
4. I was out of town and needed a copy of paperwork I forgot in my vehicle when I dropped it off. They promptly provided me with a copy vial email.
5. I came to pick my vehicle up a day earlier than discussed but they still had the work completed.
6. The work they did was great! You can't even see where the original damage was.
All-in-all... a terrific experience.
Thank you everyone for helping alleviate some of the stress related to needing the work completed within a specific timeline.
Would certainly recommend.
