Bought a gift card for my Dad a while ago on their website. Unfortunately, he had to move away before he could use it but finally was able to make it back this week to redeem the card. He was told they're under management and they no longer accept the cards (which is the exact same thing another review has said). I checked the website I got the card from and its still active and let's you check your card balance which I did and the card is still full. The phone number on the website goes directly to this location still too and offers gift cards the same way as when I bought it originally. **Beware when trying to use this place for gift cards**

This location is now True north detailing supplies which is actually better! They have a lot of different brands to choose from besides just chemical guys. I've liked some of chemical guys stuff and hated some of their stuff as well. I absolutely hated their bottles. True north detailing supplies have lots of stock in buffers and different types of brushes and a good range of different chemicals! definitely a guys candy store for their cars! Staff are very knowledgeable in their products!

Shopped at Detail Garage today and had the worst customer service experience. The employee was rude and was not being helpful at all.

Love stopping by this place on the way home to pick up one off supplies for my motorbike! Very knowledgeable staff, especially Doug who is super helpful and has tons of wisdom! Highly recommend!

If your looking for premium easy to use products, this is the place for your ride. It's a candy store. I can easily spend 2 to 3 bills in 5 minutes. Detail garage also has kangaroo points. This place also has amazing employees.
If you ever have any questions about the products or how to apply them, they are very knowledgeable.

The sense of care and urgency to the situation by the owner is commendable. ultimately when a customer is upset and complains we just want to be heard and Dave ensured to listen, explain, and give me options for resolution. Went in before Christmas to get a gift card, guy that was there was super nice and knowledgeable (wish i remembered his name) but not alot of product in stock. I come to know from my parents that they Went in to redeem their giftcard only to be told they are under new management and will not be honoring giftcards. Upset with the money we spent only for it to be wasted and especially in this economy. My dad was super excited to buy some new stuff to clean his car with only to leave disappointed.. thanks guys.

i came in, and the person working the counter was really rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place, not pleased with the customer service. they had such a lack of inventory, there was basically nothing. Don’t waste your time.

So not impressed, drove 45 min to get detailing stuff fir my car jist to find out that they had almost no stock. I ended up only getting a large drying cloth that came to 31 and change. Gave the woman 100 got 15 and change back. I explained sorry you still owe me change. She argues with me and says I only gave a 50. I explained that was I correct. She again argued. She then looked in the till and says oh sorry you're right. If you do waste your time in going watch your change, in fact I wouldn't even go. The guy there even said I should go to canadian tire. Not worth the trip or the time

Doug goes above and beyond to make sure our company has what it needs to operate smoothly, he has immense knowledge of all the products and is a big reason we choose to continue our business here! As for chemical guys the products are great! Price point is a little high for the amount of product you are getting but nevertheless works how you expect it too and even exceeds expectations!
