Service here is below average..
A lot of time spent waiting in line while reps just try to look busy,
without acknowledging customers.
Being closed on weekends is a big inconvenience.
Fees have gone up but not the service.

I have been a member since 1991 when Envision Financial was Delta Credit Union. I’ve seen many faces over the years. My recent experience with Rahat Dhaliwal was extremely helpful. We sat for 2 hours and she explained in detail all the questions and concerns I had. Amazing experiments and customer service. 10/10

They should have two coin machines since one is always out of order. Carrying large heavy bins of coin in there and seeing it out of order means you have to go straight home after, even if you had plans since you can't just leave cash in the car parked at the mall.
