The car wash here is terrible. The whipping motion of the cleaners inside the wash leaves a black mark on your car. Buyers beware. Took me over 1 hour to clean and hand wipe the gunk off the truck. Very poor service here.

I came in to buy 2 protein shakes and some almonds. There was a full row of almonds displaying a price of $2.50. After I paid I noticed I was charged $4.50. I spoke to the clerk and I showed her the row of almonds displaying a price of $2.50. The owner or manager of the store was there and she showed him. The owner/manager acknowledged the price was wrong but said there was nothing he could do about honouring the price that it was advertised. It’s only a $2 difference and in most cases I would not think much of it but his attitude was not pleasant and he acted like he did not care at all. Customer service from the manager/owner was not what I expected. Since there are lots of Esso’s I will just go to a different location moving forward and not come back here.

Can you tell your employees to get off their headsets. every morning they're on their phone speaking in their language. When I punch in my phone number to get my points. Or if I can get some deals they automatic decline it and just charge me the full price without asking me if I want it or not. Because they're too busy talking with their friends on the phone. Also should they be cleaning the place cleaning outside keeping it tidy they have time to talk to their friends they got time to work

Horrible carwash. My car came out close to as dirty as it went in. I bought the Xtreme wash package expecting something spectacular... extreme dirty spot left all over the car.

Bathroom is always filthy and the tap doesn’t work. Employees just stand around talking don’t greet customers or say anything at all.

I stopped at this gas station and asked to use the washroom, but I was told it was ‘out of order.’ It felt like an excuse rather than a legitimate issue. As a paying customer, I expect basic facilities to be available. This was very inconvenient and disappointing. I hope the management takes steps to either fix their facilities or improve their customer service .
