UPDATE: While the quality of the final banners from FASTSIGNS Langley was great, the overall experience left a bit to be desired. After an issue with the original prints that stemmed from a small error in the proofs, I reached out to have it corrected. The team did agree to reprint one banner free of charge and apply a discount to the second, which I appreciated.
Thankfully, Akanksha, the Visual Communications Specialist, was very kind and did her best to serve as the middle person between the customer and the production team. She handled the situation with professionalism and patience, though I could see how, with all the back-and-forth, it might have appeared as though the delay or miscommunication was on her end, when it really came down to time efficiency and internal coordination.
Resolving the issue ultimately required multiple trips back and forth, and I had to bring the banner casing back myself for them to remove and replace the prints. Even after being told the swap would take 30 minutes, the job still wasn’t ready the next day, and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes on site.
In the end, the team did make an effort to make things right, but it took significantly more time and coordination than expected. With a bit more communication and care, the process could have been much smoother.

As we did our own installation the product was not placed on the covering tape very well and had numerous creases and air bubbles which made the installation difficult. If we order again it would only be because of convenience not because of quality.

The staff at fast signs were able to make us a vinyl perforated window covering for our business quite quickly, and handled multiple proofs and edits prompty. When everything was approved, they had it ready for on-site install the next day. I would work with them again on another project in the future.

Fast signs was amazing! So “fast” only took 30-40 min to do signs on my car, very caring, and shoutout to Paritosh, he was great!
I got exactly what I wanted! They matched my logo and brand colour! So happy! Def recommend!!!!
