Went there with my brother, he made an appt to see a vehicle. When we got there, the rep came out and asked if he'd like to see another first. My brother agreed so long as it was around the same price and mileage. The guy just said "ya ya ya". The vehicle was 3k more than he said he was looking for. So my brother said he wanted to see the other (original) vehicle. The rep said he'd have to go get it from Maple Ridge, so the rep clearly had no consideration to have the original vehicle (that of expressed interest in) available. The rep said he'd be back in 15 mins. After waiting almost an hour we agreed the rep didn't care to return as 15 mins came and went. Horrible service.

I bought a vehicle from Braden in September 2024 and it honestly was a great experience working with him and his team. My experience with them did exceed my expectations. Very transparent about the purchase, financing options and fees. Super fast when responding to texts, offered me a fair trade in value, and even after the transaction was over the service remained consistent. If you're in the market for a used vehicle definitely check their stock first.

Flexcar is my new go to place for my vehicles. I talked to Raj in Langley, I told him what I was looking for and the price I wanted to spend, and he hooked me with a great vehicle and didn't go over budget. Had one mishap with a part going ( no ones fault) Raj had it fixed asap and took care of me. Thanks Raj .

Bad Experience! This dealership doesn't respond to any of my text anymore. They didnt gave me a spare key from the time i bought this car and promise to deliver the car full tank but they didn't do anything.
the salesman told me that he will my extra key 2 weeks ago but still didn't received any response until now.
Hoping for immediate response about this matter.

VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE !!!
Stalling you and a lot of dilly dally.
We bought last July 5 the Mazda CX9 with extended warranty from this dealership. We called July 17 to cancel the extended warranty which cost $4,000. We went to the shop July 20 to personally cancel it Jim told us that it will be processed. 2 and a half months later the extended warranty is still included in the price of the loan in our RBC online.
We went today Oct.6 to hand in written cancellation letter with all the details of what happened about the cancellation. They told us that we should have contacted the Insurance company to cancel it to directly from the insurance company. Like what??? Dealership already agreed to process it why nobody mentioned about that???, and every time I called they keep on saying that they will follow-up the bank. Nobody mentioned about reaching out to the Insurance company. They are the one to contact the insurance company in the first place because they are the ones who deal with it and the bank.
They are just stalling us.
Are you even listening to your customers?
Poor customer service. Poor after sales.
We even feel that the car that we bought is a rip off, the price that was written in there website was $1,000 higher that the price that we bought it. Beware of this dealership, find other honest delearship.

I have been a customer for a few years, I’ve have always being provided with an excellent customer service, and being helped to find just what I am looking for, they have always been attentive in solving all my needs.
Just recently I got help to get my second car.

Sunny sold me a beautiful 2018 Chevy Colorado Z 71 absolutely love the truck. He was super professional very responsive asking questions took them a few days to figure everything out which I really appreciate Nick was a huge help as well. Definitely would suggest getting a vehicle off sunny, if you’re to go there

-1000 stars, worst of the worst. They are the type of auto group that will not leave you alone. I just simply asked one question about a car a month ago and since then they have called me almost everyday and spam me with emails. Clearly I am not interested. They will also leave you a bunch of voicemails. Avoid at all cost.

Suman, the sales associate, was very helpful and not pushy as many are. She was knowledgeable and very good at explaining the various tech functions of the vehicle.

Dirty lot, terrible cars who had mowed grass, tore up speaker on a vehicle which was only a year old.
It was a turn off as soon as we pulled in here.
I don’t blame the employees but the owner who can’t keep his vehicles for sale clean, with at least enough gas to go for a test drive.
I was shocked to see places like this are in business.

Bought a truck from them 2 weeks ago in Langley, if there was another truck I wanted anywhere else I would have left, sales manager, finance manager are full of lies, made 2 seperate appointments to view truck , second time was to purchase that day and both times truck was filthy, used as managers personal vehicle (they put 4000 km on it )refused to honour salesmans purchase price he agreed on with me and then very annoyed cause we didnt want their financing, made up constant stories, promised to fill tank upon purchase and gave salesman a 25 dollar gas card while theu hid behind closed doors. Our saleman (Joe) and one of the finance ladies were good people just trying to do their jobs and get a deal done , other than that it was the worst car buying experience ive ever had. Terrible dealership
