I'll give you one star back for trying, but honestly, the way you or your team has handled this is rather pretty because Let’s be clear here if I had been contacted before replacing my air filter for $100 we wouldn't be in this situation to begin with.
Would only recommend this place if you have the Patience to handle poor communication and unexpected charges ;)

Great service. Got me in quick for AC repair, even though it's summer and everyone needs their AC repaired!
Explained everything So I understood what had happened and what repairs my car needed.
Price was reasonable. I did expect it to be more, but always happy when the price is lower!

Went in for a coolant flush. Was told upper rad hose had a leak, agreed to replace it. Still have a coolant leak which is worse than before I brought it in.

ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: I went there a month ago (around May 25, 2024) to fill up the AC gas and explained that I tried myself but broke the fill kit, doesn't look leak. The engineer (I think Frank, who introduced as an owner and did some show off with boat parked in the shop) said he is going to check first if it is a leak and fill up. Later on came up and mentioned no leak we gonna fill it up and see if it leaks again (check after 3-weeks). I said okay. So far no mentioning about any price. When filling came up with 726$ bill said, 2-hours (I stayed nearby and can say he touched the car just 15mins MAX) labor fee and filling gas fee. He definitely hurted my monthly budget (the reason I am typing). I honestly asked if he can give any discount, said no excuse that I had to clarify the price before moving (SO RUDE). I said okay I will pay and found a way to pay with multiple credit cards. Then, he said we will call you between 2 and 3-weeks if it leaks again so we will fix it. Gas totally LEAKED OUT in a week. I did wait 3-weeks but no calls, went to Richmond and fixed for just 300cad (leak fix + fill up), working as expected.
I would say this shop focuses on your POCKET not your problem! Hope, it helps someone else.

Awesome they were able to fix my Radiator for my dirt bike before the long weeekend. Wasnt cheap but still saved me $100 over a new rad and waiting 2 weeks for it t come in from Italy.

Been using Fraser Valley radiators for years and always had exceptional service. We have a large rental generator fleet and rely on outside vendors a lot to carry out repairs when necessary at very short notice. Fraser valley radiators are always extremely accommodating and always offer expert knowledge and advice to keep our rental fleet operational.
