We went to Aldergrove village and honestly it was one of the worst Boys hair cuts I've ever seen . It looked like she took a bowl to the backside of his head . I kept saying blend it in . So I went to Fraser crossing today . Checked in at 4pm estimated wait time was 430 , by 450 we were still not even close to getting a haircut . We ended up walking out . Both experiences were horrible and we won't return to either location. Barbershops cost about the same and a much faster cut and no 50 min wait

Had the best experience at the great clips in Langley, this very nice lady was truly caring and actually listened to what I wanted my hair to be, her name is “Wrinah”

My daughter went to Great Clips today because she needed a haircut and when we went in the shop we got assisted right away, but the lady who cut my daughters hair did not pay attention to what she wanted. I asked to thin out her hair, which she didnt even bother doing. So I came in to the shop again and confronted the lady (her name was Cindy and she was asian) and she got very mad and frustrated when u confronted her, to the point where she started physically yanking and pulling on my daughters hair very roughly and she did this all out of anger. I do not recommend going here if you're looking for a good haircut.
Stylist: The stylist was Cindy. She was Asian and she was physically hurting (pulling/ yanking) my daughters hair.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My hairdresser was Cindy and I don’t think I have ever had such a terrible experience before. The way she treated me compared to the other customers present screamed that she was being racist towards me. I asked if she could show me what 2 inches off would look like and she was like I should already know that before hand. When asked about the promotional offer they have going on, she rudely replied that I should just read it and she wouldn’t be offering an explanation about it. Throughout my appointment she had this long face. The next customer (a white person) walks in and she’s all smiling and happy to be helping them. When I confronted her about it she said that she was talking like she normally would. I mean I ain’t blind. I know the way I was treated and it was just blunt racism. I don’t know if she’s the owner of the place but if she isn’t she needs to be fired on immediate basis. She has no right whatsoever to treat a person like that. Just because I am a person of color doesn’t not mean I will be treated like absolute trash. I paid for my haircut. I am paying part of your salary. Seriously take an action management! 0/10 on services. I ain’t happy with my haircut either. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS LOCATION. AVOID!

I checked my son in with the app which showed an 11 min wait. We came in about 10 mins later with 2 people ahead. A stylist finished up and took the next person on the waiting list. Then the second stylist finished and took the person below my son with no explanation other than they appeared to know each other. All in all it was a 30 min wait. It would be great if they respected the wait list and their client's time.
The third stylist who actually cut my son's hair was great.

I had a great haircut and the staff was very friendly. I didn't have to wait as it was a slow time. Will definitely go there again and recommend it to my friends.

They have better staff in now. For awhile I had some somewhat dicey cuts with them, but the last 2 times I have been quite satisfied with the speed and attention to detail. I had a cut today and was happy that I was brought in ahead of schedule and had it done before my appointment was due. I'm sure that was a relief to the people waiting without an appointment, who thankfully didnt have to wait too long. Thumbs up to the online booking service as well, the wait times are quite approximate but at least you know you're getting jn ahead of drop-ins.

Staff is friendly and always willing to chat or not if you do not want to.
Always get a good cut and prices are reasonable.
