Very bad experience. Steer clear of this place! Made an Appointment over a month ago to get baby lights. I planned my whole day coming from further away. Was told to plan 4 hours for this by their receptionist. First off, I arrived 10 minutes early, before my appointment with Amy and waited almost 15 minutes past my scheduled time. Then after suggesting colors for 10 minutes, and I assumed Amy went to mix the color, she re-appeared and said there was a scheduling problem and they couldn’t do it today.. Just so weird! The owner, Jenny came over and said she was sorry but didn’t offer a solution. I asked her again on my way out and she finally offered what she should of in the first place and fix the situation herself but I was too upset and rang them 5 minutes later to say no thank you. This is a typical case where the majority of the reviews are great but there is something fundamentally, deeply wrong about this business and how its run.

I went in for my first time on the 16th and I was blown away with the colour that Jenny did for me. It was such a pleasant experience as their staff is so great. Jenny got my hair to a colour I didn't know was possible for me. I couldn't recommend this salon more.

I needed to find a new stylist and was very lucky to find Id salon. Great place, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Happy with their pricing and Tea choices. Amy has been a great choice for me and i feel so for anyone else that needs cool color combinations and cuts, They all know their stuff. The business is tucked away behind a restaraunt so keep an eye out for them.

Jenny the new owner is wonderful! I was not 100% happy with my original hair cut, (not by her) and I was encouraged to call the owner to see if there was something that could be done. Jenny was so understanding and accommodating, she invited me back and offered to do whatever she could to make it right. She did exactly that, and on her day off yet! She was so lovely, said she was happy that I called, and she was able to do the little bit of blending that made a huge difference all while making me feel welcome and comfortable. The overall feel in the salon is great, the service was wonderful, and I’m so happy with my new look.
