I’m not sure what’s going on with IGA lately, but I do my grocery shopping via Instacart and today was the 3rd time in a row where I’ve received expired product. This seven layer dip says best before February 25th, 2024. Today it is March 2nd. The staff clearly isn’t going through and removing expired product. Another time, I got nut butter back at the end of January and it had expired last year. I wish IGA staff would be more diligent about taking spoiled and expired food off their shelves.

I would normally give IGA a good review as I do like their deli and find good deals in the meat dept. Tonight we stopped by for deli meat while my husband was being served by the person working the deli counter he received the deli meat he asked for. When he attempted to advise the clerk of his second deli selection she stopped him advising him that the lady she was going to serve was next in line. He patiently waited while the clerk served the lady before coming back to him. He is too kind I would have left my first deli selection on the counter and informed the manager why I am leaving without making a purchase this evening. Deli great...customer service not so much. Next time I need deli meat I will head to Safeway

I love this place, great deals on food in the meat department, and the deli great deals all the time, and their homemade pizzas are awesome, and I also on sunny days will go out and sing there now and then not all the time, but when I do, I always advertise this place. It's a great little area to come and enjoy. The staff are friendly, the managers are great, very professional, I highly recommend this place to anybody wanting to go to a grocery store, this is the one to go to. ????

The prices are okay if you only shop sales, but for a full shop it’s way too much! The staff here make up for it though - they are lovely and helpful!
