Their service is awful. I have tried to shop here twice. First time I couldn’t find the employee to open the fitting room. I even tried to page them over customer service (there were 3 frustrated customers ringing the bell) but no body showed up. I waited for 20 minutes with no luck. Second time I tried they opened the fitting room and I tried a shirt (which I bought)but when I wanted to change a pants size and try another one the employee said we are closing and you should come to try it another day. ( it was 9:50pm and there was 10 minutes time left)

The staff at Joe Fresh section is not helpful at all. It's a good clothing brand and that is so sad that usually there's nobody to assist the costumer and when there's somebody available , she is not helpful!!
