I’m a business owner and I strongly believe that first impression are very important!I was driving by Kaotic Kustoms today on the way to drop off some products for a client and I’ve been by this place before, seen some nice rides , as I was driving by today, I see this amazing early 60s stang , beautifully done , I decided to stop in and check this place out and see what they have to offer , as I walk in, girl behind the counter is so busy on her phone , I asked a question 3 times with no response, then asked about the This beautiful stang parked out in the rain , it was a customers not built by them , anyway, first thing , that car should not have been sitting outside , second I didn’t feel very welcome there !I have a 67 falcon pro street car I’m looking to get stuff done on it and I can definitely say that after that first impression and the fact regardless if the mustang parked outside was only for a short while and hope dried off and put away warm later , I don’t think I’d ever think about bringing my car there for any work regardless of how good they might be !I sense arrogance and unapproachable vibes there ! Not for me thanks !!
