The ladies at the counter are friendly, professional and patient.It was my first time shipping a parcel. They let me know all of my options after I scatter brain explained what I was sending. They advised that I use boxes from home to save money and taped my box for me because I had no tape at home.An elderly man came in to return SHAW telephone items and instead of getting confused with the man they advised that he find out what SHAW needed returned and that they could help him further once he had that information. He left really happy. It was so nice to see.

This place is full of liars, they tell you they can't refund postage when you have to change it even if you're in the middle of the order so they just charge you double and rip you off. Pathetic customer service
