I have been using Langley Signs and Printing for business, training and marketing needs for months now and am so happy with the quality, responsiveness, and customer service here. The owner of this company has gone above and beyond to help me with a project I needed by a specific date, and it is really impressive to see how much they appreciate their clients whether it is small or large purchases.

Added stars because they were able to do a quick turnaround time.Unhappy with the die cut stickers I ordered as the colours are totally off and not what was approved as they all arrived in grey-scale. One in particular was supposed to be black and white but came out totally greyscale. When I mentioned this on pickup the guy told me it was because of their machine that changes the colours or something(this was not advised before I approved the proofs). I told him I was unhappy with one of them in particular and wanted him to reprint with the proper colours and he just blamed the machine and wouldn’t do it, and didn’t even offer a partial refund so I lost all my money on that one since it’s garbage.Wanted to support a local business but won’t bother doing that again.

You *can* have it all! Great Service, great options, fast and easy delivery, great prices, no pressure to buy - It's like being in an alternate reality! These guys customer service skills should be an example to other businesses.I had 100 custom designed doggy Calendars printed and they provided a sample (which was too dark) free of charge. Since the sample printed dark, I adjusted the files and they printed another sample at no charge which printed perfectly! I adjusted my quantity from 100 to 80, then back to 100 (Sorry, guys!) and afterwards I came back to have a small order of 3 cute posters printed which they could have charged me for (I asked for a price) but they outright gifted them to me! I was then able to gift them to the person who wanted them printed in the first place. It really made my day and the Calendars have made so many people smile.Thank you so much and keep being awesome!

I am so happy I found Langley Signs and Printing. Nick and Yuanyuan are an absolute delight to work with. They continue to provide excellent work and offer very good pricing. They have done an amazing job on our signs and our building decals.

I found Nick on Google Maps search and went to him for quality of reviews. Nick ran 1000 business cards for me and delivered same afternoon. His service is stellar and the quality of his work is the best I have ever had. Prices are moat competitive. Don't even bother going anywhere else! Will use Langley Signs and Printing for all my future printing requirements. Thanks Nick!

This is the best small shop in Langley. He's fast and accurate - great for signs, posters and even business cards. Don't try to get him to work for less. His prices are already the best anywhere.
