Worst experience ever. Left after waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes with a small baby. They were so overbooked with appointments that did not accept walk ins for an HOUR and did not have the courage to say so when I asked 20 mins before I finally decided to leave. and I was there at 7:06 AM....SIX minutes after they opened

The nurse who did the test was wonderful but the MOA/ receptionist (blonde lady) was incredibly rude. Will not bother coming to this location again

What’s the point in making an appointment when they fit you in 20 minutes late from your actual appointment. It’s moments like this which really make Canadian healthcare services terrible and unusable.

No point of booking appointment as they do not take you when you have your actual appointment time booked and always excuses is running behind but guess what thats not why I have booked appointment to moss out my work. Its annoying specially when u book appointment in between work schedule to get it done on time.

My appointment at 1:50pm, but I make the mistake come early morning at 7am. (Was thinking my appointment at 7:50am & I am pregnant?? 8 months) asked the lady can I do blood test now. She said NO you have to come back at 1:30pm. It’s raining today too. Can’t believe it she SO RUDE. (White laddie yellow hair long hair)

I'm still pretty upset. Yesterday I had an appointment booked for 1235 pm. On the way there my daughters preschool had an emergency and I had to pick up my daughter first so I was 5 min late but by the time I got through the line I was 15 min late. I expected to have a short wait but after almost 45 min later I had to ask how much longer...the lady that checked me in couldn't find my paperwork she had done but then found it and said nothing but walked away so a man started calling names again when I asked he said and insisted my appointment was 130pm but I argued finally the first lady comes back and says she changed the time and he was rough when he told her she can't do that. I was then taken in immediately and the man apologized but the lady that screwed up said nothing to me. I've used this office many times in the past 2 years and never are they on time. Always at least 20 to 30 min wait...they need to take less patients or change their system. And learn to admit their mistakes and not other staff to apologize. Our time is precious please fix this

I have been to quite a few different lifelabs locations and this one has been one of my favourites. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the receptionist is welcoming. They don’t rush you specially after the blood is drawn and are sensitive towards your needs.

Awful service and very rude !!
They close at 5 and I went there 5 minutes to 5 and the lady told me we close at 5 and we don’t get paid after 5 !!!
If I told my clients that line I would have no business!

Service is good, people are fine. But the needle skills are atrocious. Never had an arm that looked like this from drawing blood! Still hurts. Might be infected.Update: family doctor said it’s a damaged nerve, pain when using hand for two weeks.

Hit and miss at this location. Been more of a consistant miss recently.Booked an appointment, arrived 10minute before appointment time. Then I had to cancel it on the spot. Did this 3 times on 3 seperate days before deciding to change to other location.For my every attemps, there was a line up outside the door and was fully packed in the waiting area.With an appointment, there was a 45 minutes to an hour wait.Life labs at this location should not purposely overbook their appointments if they do not have enough staff to handle them.No issues with the nurse's themselves, but the booking/management system needs to be revised.
