Love my pharmacy friends and they have been solid for a long time now and when something was not right, they were always ontop of it quickly and even during everything that was going on in the last 5 years. The staff here worked tirelessly and always had a smile even when I knew they were feeling overwhelmed. Thanks for 20 years of taking care of me and my family. Cheers Richard

Thank you, London Drugs Langley, for hosting such a fun and engaging Lego Make & Take Event for LD exclusive members!
My boys absolutely love Lego and had a blast building and creating something to take home. A big thank you to Paul for organizing everything and making the event so special. We hope to see more events like this in the future – it was a great experience for the whole family.

Shawn in the cosmetics department was fantastic! I only described the product I was looking for and she knew right away what I needed! She was very knowledgeable about all the products, very friendly and very efficient when helping me! Thank you so much Shawn ? Definitely 5 stars!

Excellent service from floor & check out staff … absolutely HATE the self check out… did not work & even though it said someone was coming to give me a hand… No one ever showed up… So I went to the staffed checkout counter…

very unhelpful customer service...Regarding your answer that I should contact Paul: it was Paul who lied to me that the goods I ordered online are already sold out. This was not true, because the next day I phoned LD Langley and was told that the goods were not sold out.

My husband is computer illiterate and impatient. He had to replace his windows 7 computer. Jacob was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He installed several proprietary programs and made sure we understood how they worked on the new computer. We highly recommend the computer department and especially the tech services of London Drugs in Langley.
