I had the best experience and the 'Bestest' service by Elai( I apologize if I'm pronoucing her name wrong, this associate had necklace of her name) I was looking for a hoodie and never shopped at LL before but even though, the store was packed with customers, she spent good 10-15 mins of her time showing me bunch of options and not even a bit looked rushed at all. 5 stars for the great service. Cashiers did a great job as well. Keep up the good work, fellas.....Awesome Job!!!!

My wife loves Lulu, so she had to go in. We had 2 different associates help at different times, and both went beyond to help us. We were encouraged to just browse if we wanted or take our time to decide.

I recently purchased a pair of joggers, but unfortunately, the security tag was left on. When I got home and noticed, I had to make an extra trip back to the store to have it removed. While there, I tried to exchange a couple of shirts that didn’t fit well, but the staff refused and dismissed me in a way that felt rude and dismissive.
As a long-time customer who has spent thousands of dollars at this store, I expected better service and understanding. This experience was really disappointing.

Bad experience and stuck up attitude! The “manager or KL “ Dylan (short white guy with tattoos in hand and arm) was condescending and apathetic. Borderline fatshaming when recommending on size limitations in this store that was a pop up before. Barely greeted in a welcoming tone, he rushed through my interactions and neglected the basics of customer service. It’s a busy day but that doesn’t give him the right to ignorantly expedite my requests. He needs to be disciplined

This was the worst lulu location I have ever seen. Sales associates standing around on their phones not helping customers, the legging section was even more chaotic. I felt like I was in a Walmart. None of the sizes or models were in the correct section. When I though I had found the pair I needed I came home to realize it was not and the most frustrating part is that I live in a small town where the nearest lulu is 5 hours away so returning / exchanging isn’t exactly ideal. The store doesn’t answer the phone either.

Awful customer service, misplaced my hemming order but I was told the staff would contact me as I needed the pants urgently for an event. Staff never contacted me, I called 4 times and could never get ahold of anyone. I had to go to the store 10 minutes before it closed to finally be told they had told my order in Abbotsford but they could not do anything else for me anymore and I would have to buy new pants.
