This location is huge and new and if you can’t find the size in store they’ll ship it to you for free! Lauren is amazing, she was so kind and helpful! FYI the store staff can’t control if they have your size or not- they give you options- I don’t think leggings constitute an emergency so waiting a couple days to get them shipped won’t kill ya :)

Super super limited stock. If you’re size 2 or 4 you MIGHT be able to find something. I went in looking for 5 different products and they only had 2 of the items in stock but size 0,2,4

It would have been 5 if there was more consistent customer help/support. I get the best service when my partner and I are dressed in Lululemon and Aritzia head to toe with a name brand bag. If you can’t see a label or brand, I’ve noticed you’re not recognized or helped as much. I know it’s a consistent thing across the retail industry but I know we can all do better with some feedback! Also, with quality returns - unless someone pulls up my customer file, it’s usually an automatic no. Which I truly feel like comes from judgement. I can understand fully how people use and abuse the system. You shouldn’t have to see how much I spend to believe me in the return. I do understand you have to match it to an account but it’s always a no right away unless I’m doing a purchase and my account is up. I’m not bringing in Lululemon items from 2010 that are all pilled and look like they came from value village. It’s torn seams, and broken zippers.They usually always have what I need, and if they don’t someone will order it for me which is so helpful to me in a huge way! The store is always organized beautifully and consistently clean. Also love how they will do a quick steam on an item your purchasing if need!

Store is fine. But customer service is non existing. Was in the store 2 times today and was completely ignored both times. It was not busy a.d plenty of staff on the floor. Very disappointing.

i cannot stress enough how wonderful every person who works at this location is. I was at the guilford location and walked out with nothing except bad attitudes from the staff for no reason . The willowbrook location is extremely welcoming and always assist me with every thing in the kindest way. Each human working at this location thank you for always being great i appreciate your help and judgment free attitudesalso the taller man with glasses who worked today and did my exchange was 10/10 and i hope he's compensated correctly for how great he is

I visited the store a few days earlier to show off my severely pilling legging. About ten months ago, I purchased it from Guilford Mall. I mentioned it to the cashier "Laila," and she said that you weren't given the correct item.She kept saying, "How customers take advantage of the exchange or return policy." and twice questioned my sincerity with her. Her accusation of me and remarks about how people take advantage of people and other things were not professional. It was the thing I paid for with my own money and was recommended for the activity I undertake. Not to mention but I also have the right to enter and mention the issue I had with the item, I am a member with Lulu because of a reason and I do know what quality means to Lulu and that is what makes it The Lululemon I guess.Although I am grateful that she swapped it for another, I could tell she wasn't too pleased, and I wouldn't say this time was a good experience.I strongly advise being more polite and considerate and especially when the customer is being polite.Otherwise, Lululemon is unquestionably a five-star retailer.Thank you.

I had the best experience at this store. The staff were very helpful and a manager went out of her way to make my shopping experience amazing! We had lovely chatting and sympathies with life stuff, even though I’m old enough to be her mom ? Thank you to the staff that helped me.

Short, male employee with arm tattoos was incredibly unfriendly & passive-aggressive rude. Questioning the legitimacy/eligibility of my participation in a discount program (which was so graciously set up by another employee at another store) when all I wanted was to do an exchange. Asking me what the discount was for, what I do for work - also seemed like he wanted to charge me the difference of the discount when he couldn’t find my status/account; like the measly $6 I saved comes out of his pocket. Great customer service from that one. Dude should find another job.

I was greeted by a very knowledgeable man who encouraged me to try a size I didn't normally wear (usually an 8 but there wasn't an 8 at the time with this particular pair) and size 6 was just perfect. The staff here go above and beyond, in a way that's subtle. Looking forward to coming back!
