I literally took out a 120 cash from my bank went to pay in store and the employee insisted that I only gave him a 100 double checked my balance and I 100%took out 120 and so I had to pay more for work boots than I should have not to impressed get people who know how to handle money not to mention half the time the debit terminal don’t work

Every day pricing is overpriced IMO but they do have good sale pricing. The challenge is finding a staff member anywhere on the floor to assist. Three times during December I went into the store and every time I had to go to the counter to get assistance and then wait 10 minutes on the floor for an employee. It's just frustrating ...

Usually they have the sale items available and the store is clean but the music they play is distracting so you can't be in there long. Sounds like someone's playlist from their phone and they're into dance music.

I find it hard to look past Marks for everyday clothing. Great quality products. I typically wait for the items I want going on sale as they rotate whats on sale regularly and bring what you are looking for into a more affordable option. Im a sucker for bargain hunting.

I would give zero stars if possible. My husband received boots as a gift from Mark’s. They were brand new, in the box, with tags, but he did not have a gift receipt. We went to the Langley location to ask for an exchange because the size was too small. Both the staff and the manager refused and the manager was rude, making us feel like we had stolen the item. After the manager said, you need to prove the purchase. This was very upsetting and unprofessional. We then went to the Abbotsford location, where the staff were kind and completed the exchange without any issue. Other locations also confirmed this was allowed under Mark’s return policy. I do not recommend the Langley location.

I was at the Langley location yesterday shopping for my son and Husband in the kids section Carhartt. There was miss labelling of sizes and there was even women’s shirts with the kids shirts. A very nice lady help me find a shirt for my son, which was great I next went to the men’s section again found mislabelling of sizes. The size on the hanger did not match the size on the shirt and or hoodie I went to the till paid about $300 got home next day I went to wrap my son‘s present and noticed on the tag. It said overalls 7999 which clearly is not right. I drove an hour because that is the only location that has kids clothes I did phone spoke with some manager called Socia. I was very upset because I did not know how I was going to find time to deal with this situation and get my money back as I work full-time and it’s very close to Christmas she apparently didn’t like my tone, but I explained to her that I was upset and angry, and all the issues at her store that she should be dealing with if she didn’t like my tone anyway if you’re shopping here pay very close attention to what you’re paying for and what size because it’s usually wrong apparently

Men's, women's, and children's clothing are all mixed together. You have to wander the entire store, from end to end, view every rack to first determine which racks belong to whom, and then in this chaotic mess attempt to try and find anything. Terrible shopping layout. Terrible customer experience. : (

The Langley location has a large selection of sizes and brands, and the service has always treated me exceptionally well! Returns are always easy and fair, and Staff is very helpful

I have been to a few of these stores as I like the Denver Hayes t shirts. Three separate staff helped me find what I needed and were very pleasant
