I bought a pair of Denver Hayes boots from here at the beginning of October. They were $100. I never kept the receipt as I have never had a problem with Mark's before and always felt like they carried good quality brands. This was the first time I purchased anything that waa Denver Hayes. The tops started peeling/scratching off within a month. At 3 months the sole detached from the rest of the right boot, so that it is unwearable. I was not able to make it to return them until yesterday, they were able to print a receipt for me. However they said they can't take them back after 3 months. They were able to print a receipt for me. I tried calling today and speaking with a manager and they told me the same thing. I am very dissappointed with this as the boots didn't even last me an entire winter. I work indoors at a school so I wasn't going hard with them at all. I don't trust the Denver Hayes brand and will never buy anything of theirs again. I am confused as to why they carry that brand and charge those prices when they are not good quality. I wish I had bought a pair of cuter boots for the half the price from Ardene's instead. They would have lasted me just as long but would have saved me $50.I will note though that the employees I dealt with were very kind, courteous and patient.

Marks is certainly not what it used to be. One woman on the til who also could open the door to change room. Had to wait and was temped to crawl under the door to open for my elderly. Mom. Then found a guy stocking shelves so asked him if he could. His answer was , uh ok I’ll get someone, then continue to stock shelf. Finally the cashier came, very apologetic, unlocked a door then unlocked a couple others. Someone was on their break. Then with purchase no bags. So sick of no customer service, no bags. Come on marks, get it together!!

Does not honour their own sales. Signage states that an item in the store matching the exact description should be on sale, sign is in front of the item on the rack and they are un willing to helpOr provide any clarification. Poorly run store.

Absolutely disgusting very successful businessman. my Wife is shopping next-door so I decide to stop in and take a look around to see what they have in the store here. I was constantly followed by staff members because I had my shopping bags with me. There’s also other older people in there with shopping bags that were left alone. I heard the Filipino lady say I’m watching him when I post her and ask her, she denied it they will never get a penny out of me again, and I will be putting a complaint in with management at office. December 12, 2023.

I visited the store earlier this morning to purchase a Christmas gift and I have to say it was an extremely enjoyable experience and they went above and beyond to help me. All the staff was lovely and they searched high and low for the clothing I was looking for dropped everything to help me and it was just a lovely experience at the store. Sometimes these bigger stores as we all know you don’t get the level that you do with a small business, but I must say today was a 10 out of 10!

Called the store to see if they carried a certain brand. Employee didn’t understand what I was saying and put me on hold. 25 minutes later still on hold. A friend popped in while I was on hold and said 2 people in line so no reason to leave me on hold forever. Last time I visited the store I no one asked if I needed help and had to track someone down. Used to have good customer service. Someone answering phones should be able to speak English well.

Super great store. Huge. Roomy. Unbelievable selection of men's clothing for everyday needs - from work to recreation, from sports to office attire. Come and enjoy. BTW, it has two levels!

Misleading discounts. Went there looking for an item which was on sale on their website. The sales guy said that the item is out of stock and will not be available for at least two week. But suddenly after couple days the item is available without the discount. If they are not willing to sell the item with the discount what is the point of wasting time of customers.

Your store is very well organized and neat. That being said your customer service is TERRIBLE!! I was in today( Oct/31/2023) for over an hour as I desperately needed new work boots and not one of your staff asked me if I needed help. In fact I asked one young lady for 2 different sizes of boots. She brought me one pair, dropped them at my feet and “POOF” she was gone. It appears that they are more concerned with keep the place looking good instead of performing good customer service. I will NOT be going back.

Went into the Mark's store. Not a good shopping experience. Was looking for a pair of work shoes. I was in the shoe department for over 20 minutes looking for work shoes. There was no sales assiciate around to help me. Was needing some assistance. I circled around the shoe department a few times to see if there was a sales associate around. No one came up to me and asked me if i needed any help. I guess its self serve now. Not sure were the customer service is? No luck. So just ended up leaving. :(

Cashier wouldn't allow the friends and family discount because I couldn't remember where I saw the advertisement. I knew it was a promo, she could have applied it, but I didn't have the barcode. Pretty rough after I spent almost $400 there.Guy on the floor was nice and helpful though, found me the exact boots I needed.Would probably recommend another location.

Marks Langley may represent as a size inclusive store however there attitudes do not. Prior to going in I made sure they had the items and size in stock and when I showed up it was so disorganized I couldn’t find the size so I asked for help and the lady was willing, she started scanning trying to find the size. Another worker comes over and asks what we’re looking for and after a short conversation she says “the big sizes are over there” and pointed to one table in the corner and I continued to try to ask questions but her attitude was very unprofessional and her facial expressions were unnecessary. As I was walking away they were whispering and laughing. To specify I was looking for a size 34 and she had directed me to the plus size section. I successfully found my items in size 34. I have never walked into a store with good spirits and left feeling put down.For privacy I left the two ladies names out but they should reconsider how they present themselves and their attitudes especially in a work place.

Good store,but sometimes I have trouble finding my size Levi's pants. I guess the size is popular and always sells quickly. Langley location have bigger selection.

Their return policy is GARBAGE. I bought a 200$ boot, and it was comfortable in the store, but wearing them at home was the worst pair i ever bought. Went to return them, and even though i have original reciept, their policy only is for manufacturing defalts and would not take them back and return my money. Save your money and a headache, shop elsewhere.

I want to thank Dagan & Tosh in the Langley store for their assistance in having an item transferred to a store in Edmonton. I could not find the item on the Mark’s website & stores in my city did not carry it either.They both went above & beyond with their customer service. Dagan was very professional in how she handles the issue & got back to me within the time frame she said she would. I appreciate both their efforts immensely.Again, thank you so much. You both are definitely an asset to Mark’s.
