. I went into the Willowbrook, BC store wanting to purchase a new ring as my current one is many years old and ready to retire. I dealt with Vivian, as I had made my payment for the ring she decides to make an extremely inappropriate and disgusting comment. Stares at my stomach and proceeds to ask if I’m expecting…I think in 2025 any sane minded person would know not to comment on strangers bodies. This completely ruined my experience, I will not be coming back to the Willowbrook location or any Pandora store for that matter. This comment left such a bad taste in my mouth I will be returning the ring I purchased as it’s upsetting to even look at knowing that comment was made during the purchase. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. I do not wish to shop with Pandora going forward. Truly the worst customer service experience I’ve had.

Went to this store today with my girlfriend to get her birthday and Valentine’s Day ring. This was the only location that had the specific ring in stock, so we made the trip expecting decent service at the very least.
Big mistake. No one even acknowledged us when we walked in, and the store wasn’t even busy. We had to call someone over, and when we finally got “help,” the salesperson was rude the entire time, giving us attitude and side eyes like we were bothering her.
If dealing with disrespectful staff is part of the shopping experience here, I’ll take my money elsewhere. 0/10—don’t waste your time.

My boyfriend and I visited this store this afternoon to purchase two rings. After checking the website, I found that this was the only location with the specific ring I wanted in stock. When we arrived, the store wasn’t busy, yet no one approached us to offer assistance—I had to call an associate over myself.
Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The salesperson who helped us was consistently rude and gave us side glances the entire time, making the experience uncomfortable. Given this, I won’t be returning to this store. Extremely poor customer service!

Wondered around the store and made my way to the counter where I was completely ignored by one worker when they returned they asked me to move and helped someone else I made a comment about also waiting when she muttered about a list? What list no where did I see a list or was asked if I wanted to be put on it? All while I was watching people walking in being greeted and helped. After 5 minutes of no contact I decided to leave and go next door to golden tree and was promptly served and out. Save yourself some time and just go next door

I was ready to buy, and I was told to wait because there was a nice group of customers potential of buyers, but they walked out of the store and I walked back in. I asked her my I buy my stuff now, but I walked away cause I don’t need that.

I am very unsatisfied with the customer service after visiting the Pandora store in Langley.I purchased about $400 worth of product online & was only sent two jewelry boxes for the three necklaces that I ordered. I thought if I dropped in store & provided proof of purchase that they might provide me with the third jewellery box but the lady I spoke to kept giving me a hard no. She said I could only get a box if I was purchasing a product in store.I told her I would pay for gift wrapping if I was able to get the third jewellery box as they are Christmas gifts but she said no & told me my only option was to purchase a gift box that was $6.50. She proceeded to tell me that I should ask for the extra cardboard jewelry box through customer service online instead of in store.This representative was not kind or empathetic at all & her cold nature is what has led me to leaving this review. It’s safe to say I won’t feel comfortable visiting this store again. I already felt self conscious enough going in to ask for a simple little box and she left me feeling worse coming out of it.Please do a better job of making your customers feel heard and understood.

Vanessa and another lady helped me today. They were amazing and so helpful. My bracelet and charm met with very strong chlorine and turned a dark grey. I went to the store for help with this. They took time to buff and clean and scrub and buff again to help it look like new again. I appreciate their amazing customer service and effort! I bought the solution and cloth to help maintain their hard work. Very lovely ladies to deal with.
