I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sharon and the team of volunteers at Paws and Tails Adoption, located inside the PetSmart Argentia location. Having to surrender my cat was an incredibly emotional and difficult decision, but Sharon handled everything with so much compassion, patience, and understanding. She truly cares about the animals and the people involved.
Sharon went above and beyond to ensure my 5-year-old cat Romeo, was placed in a loving, safe, and suitable home. Knowing that he is now with a great family brings me so much peace and comfort. She kept me reassured throughout the process and treated Romeo as if he were her own.
If you’re looking for someone who genuinely puts the well-being of animals first, Sharon is absolutely amazing. I’m beyond grateful for her kindness, dedication, and the incredible work she does. Highly, highly recommend Paws and Tails Adoption ❤️🐾
I am deeply grateful for all the volunteers on site who cared for my baby every single day and took the time to understand him. Had an amazing experience with the grooming. The 5 star goes to Noura! She did an amazing job to my golden retriever. She is so precise, kind and gentle with her. It was my golden’s first time meeting her and she took is nice and slow. She is very knowledge with her job, I told her what I want for my golden and she did it. Will definitely go again for her!

Good store, staff is great, groomers are awesome, I just wish “they” (management and ownership) didn’t keep frogs, lizards, and whatever other live animals they have (I didn’t look around, don’t really like seeing that). some of the lizards I saw are quite large in a tiny enclosure and it‘s super sad to see such intelligent and curious creatures relegated to a life in a 5 square inch display.

Worst ever experience. They dont know what they want. No clarity. I had to back twice cancelling the appointment. 1st time they did not know that there are rabies vaccine that can be given every 3 years. So I have to go back to my vet to get it in writing. 2nd time they said my dog is limping so will not give a bath or haricut. Really? You did it 3 months ago with same leg situation. No answer. Anyways what does it have to do with haircut?
Nonsense people.

Long wait for customer service for crickets.. Staff members saw me, but ignored me. Had to find someone at cash to assist me

I went there as a walkin for my dogs grooming and the grooming salon was closed due to understaffing. I left my number for a callback which I haven't received. Why take down my details if you are not going to bother. I wish there were other groomers that were reasonable and close by.

A huge shoutout to Ben for being absolutely fantastic! We won’t take Eddie anywhere else—he always comes back happy, well-groomed, and looking super cute. Ben’s care, attention, and friendliness make every visit a great experience for both Eddie and us.

I visited argentia store and manager was so rude and arrogent she insist bring cage i brought big cage then she saying i must hv to buy a large size cage i already hv large cage she is raciat when she saw my wife in hajab.
Inside store they hv 3 birds in very smal cage my cage is much bigger but she refused to sell
Caitlyn manager is so rude and bad in behaviour.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at PetSmart thanks to Ben, who gave my dog the best haircut he’s ever had! Ben is not only highly skilled and professional, but also genuinely kind and patient. He made sure my dog felt completely comfortable throughout the entire grooming process.
The end result was fantastic — my dog looked like a model! His cut was precise, stylish, and exactly what I asked for. What really sets Ben apart is how he treats both pets and their owners with a lot of respect and care , never insults or criticizes dogs matting instead helps us work through it and advices on how to brush it out and instead always praises my dog’s behavior.
Ben goes above and beyond by taking the time to explain the grooming process, different coat needs, and what will work best for each dog. He’s not just a groomer — he’s a true grooming consultant who puts so much care, energy, and attention into every detail.
Thank you, Ben, for making both me and my dog feel so valued. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch grooming at PetSmart.
