I cannot understand the negative reviews as they are contrary to any experience I have had here. I’ve had good service as has my husband and will be returning this week for my Covid and flu shots.

Walked in with a toddler having a reaction to a bug bite and had the most amazing pharmacist take my concern seriously and was able to prescribe medication within minutes. I have lived in the area for years but this will be my new go to pharmacy. Absolutely amazing! Thank you!

This is without a doubt the best pharmacy l have dealt with. The staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Kal and his partner should be commended for their service to the public of Langley City. It is frustrating to see a couple of negative reviews. I quess everyone is entitled to their opinion! As well this pharmacy also offers special compounding of medications. This is great for people who need the right dose of a medication, whether it's for allergies or their personal needs. Thank you to the staff who make my day a little better every time I am there.

Seems like I am not the only one that thinks that the receptionist is untrained and rude. It doesn't matter how nice you try to be with these people, they are always short staffed and untrained and does not know what they are doing.1. I've had my husband pick up my medication, I told the receptionist that I have 2 different packages for 2 different medications and that it would need to be ready before he comes in, was assured that it would be combined in to 1 bag- and this was forgotten and had to go back to pick up prescription.2. Other than the one asian pharmacist, all the pharmacists look overworked, angry and tired- because they are not only dealing with filling out medication but also answering questions from staff that does nothing and knows nothing.3. When you pay with cash, expect to stand and count your money correctly because I have never been handed correct cash. Especially this one man that works the receptionist, he is so bad with the cash register, he should not even be working that job.4. They recently hired a younger staff, but once again, no basic customer service or any knowledge on filling out prescription, filling out benefit information, or being able to even follow up and call back.5. The pharmacist I spoke with today was very unpleasant. I had said that I was frustrated at the fact that I've had difficulties filling out prescription and being able to get the help I need because every new person I spoke with didn't know the answer and didn't know the procedure so I ended having to call back to follow up or come back more than necessary amount of times. I said that it was unpleasant and frustrating, he says "ok I am done", and hung up. I called again, asked to speak to a manager because I didn't want to call again tomorrow and explain the same thing again and be told something different again, he says he's the 'manager', he doesn't have time to listen to me, he is done with me, that its 20 minutes before closing and that he doesn't want to speak to me.You don't just become a manager because you have been there a long time. Absolutely no empathy from Ahmed, even when I told him that as a 'manager' he needs to hear my concern as I was getting frustrated calling and coming in almost everyday this week about the same problem over and over again.I guess we are past that point of promoting individuals and training them to treat people with empathy, understanding, patience or even basic tone of voice. He was aggravated, rude, and just unpleasant to speak to. The guy definitely needed to go and chill or something because I had a valid complaint against overall procedure of their pharmacy and was brushed off with anger and aggression.I have moved all my prescription out of this pharmacy that I had been using since 2020. Even though the last 4 years you have provided me with mediocre experience, I continued my visit out of convenience, but this was cherry on top of their pile of crappy service. There are pleasant pharmacists and staffs from literally ANY OTHER pharmacy. I just feel bad for that one asian pharmacist, because she was always so nice and patient, thorough and genuine.I feel like he could've handled it so much better. Just maybe saying that he is overwhelmed at the moment that he is running towards the end of the day, or that he is short handed, or saying that he is by himself, or literally any other way to assure me that the problem is being taken seriously. I get that he was probably overworked because receptionist didn't have the right answer, he was running around alone by himself, trying to go home on time, but if you call yourself a MANAGER- then start managing and listen to the consumers' concern and don't speak to them with aggression and anger. He could have answered in any other way that could've been more pleasant or assuring.

The blond older white lady always look like she’s sitting on something uncomfortable. She literally never smiles, ignores when she doesn’t want to respond and just so so slow. It’s a hit and miss with this place. When a good front person gets better at cash register and money handling, they either quit or leave, someone new gets replaced, and doesn’t know how to do their job again. Absolutely frustrating. The only reason why I still use this place is it’s right beside my fam doctor. But these guys are always angry, tired, or just blank face. The owner is nice and very attentive. But for the rest of the staff, they look like they hate their jobs. They say they will match Costco pricing, and after a little while, they forget when the pharmacist has to fill emergency prescription. Other than the pharmacists, no one knows how to operate simple POS system, give the right prescription, or have the right answer. I feel bad for the pharmacists who get asked dumb questions every time I am there because they either not been trained on how to respond to customers’ questions or requests or just don’t care. Clearly pharmacists are overworked.

This pharmacy makes a mistake almost every time and have given me incorrect and dangerously wrong doses. The staff and male pharmacist are rude and unaccountable for their mistakes. Don’t come here.

Amazing pharmacy everyone is super kind especially the two men who are there regularly. They always make sure to get things covered for me or to pay the cheapest option which is amazing especially in this area with so many people struggling. I told them I lost my medication and got an emergency supply and was told to make an appointment. I was gonna wait to make an appointment but turns out the pharmacy made one for me!! Overall the best service I’ve ever had at a pharmacy . Thankyou to these workers

The receptionist lady with short black hair was rude, and their customer service was one of the worst. They only want to do stuff they like to do, and they never bother to help and support the people in the community.My son and I had an appointment for a flu shot, and they didn't have a slot available to book an appointment for my wife on the same day, but they refused to include my wife in our appointment. We were there for 45 minutes, and no other people were waiting or having appointments. I will never revisit this place.

I can't say enough about this Pharmacy! I have never had a Pharmacy who go out of their way to help! If they don't have a medication you need, they WILL get it in. My experience with the Big Store Pharmacy was nothing like this! They told me if I wanted to go to Richmond or West Vancouver (their branches) I could get it. Pharmasave Langley City brought it in for me at no inconvenience to me. I don't have access to a car or bus, am a Senior, so this was Incredible news. Thank You!

One of the worst customer service ever. Was standing there inline after another customer just left waiting for someone to talk to me, nothing happened. They ignored me like nobody was there. Never coming back to it
