Dan and his staff are amazing. Professional work and service. I could not be happier with the repairs they did on my truck. Horrible customer service from Lee and Dan. Nothing but repeatedly rude comments from both when I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup and was fixed when in fact it wasn’t. to their defence part of fix was on back order, however it’s a major part of the damage and no one told me of this until it was time to pick it up. and when I voiced that it wasn’t actually fixed I was met with rude behaviour and treated as though this was my fault. Then after paying and going to leave the screen on my vehicle didn’t work when I came in to explain to them I was immediately rebuddled with we didn’t touch your screen. Yet it worked perfectly fine when it was brought in a couple days ago. Lee has very little customer service skills is combative and argumentative, Shows absolute lack of care for the customer and their experience while at Preston collision, very sad. I most definitely won’t be dealing with them in the future and will be advising others to steer clear. All of today’s issues had they been met with a little bit of kindness and understanding for putting the customer out, or taking ownership for not being transparent in telling me my vehicle wasn’t truly fully fixed or even taking a moment to just explain things kindly or a customer seeking for some advance notice to the not full repair of their vehicle and being told it was ready for pickup this would have made the experience much easier to understand from a customers perspective. But none of that happened no one even took me through the repairs showing me what work had been done. There was still tape stuck to the bottom of my jeep from the paint job. Just seems like they don’t care if someone comes back. And I definitely will not.

The best body shop around. Someone hit my fender and these guys handled everything so seamlessly. They even removed the dents and some scratches from the hood complementary and my car looks like a brand new now. Made my day. Thank you Leigh, Alley and the technician(i don’t know his name).

Amazing service! My mother-in-law got the deluxe package for her Ford Escape and it looks brand new (the deluxe package is their medium tier) They were able to buff out some surface scratches on their car and they put anything they found in side pockets or the center console, in a baggie for her. We met the owner and he was super friendly and you can tell he is a solid, honest person. Definitely recommend coming here if you are needing a detail for your vehicle.

I took my 2017 Yukon Denali with a icbc claim to Preston Collision on June 26, 2024 thinking I would get my luxury suv fixed properly. I spent $230 to get it professionally detailed inside out so they have a clean vehicle to work on prior to repairs. They had my vehicle over a month and when I would request for an update i would get no proper update on my suv. Fast forward to when I came to pick up my vehicle the brand new paint had a fresh big scratch on it .They polished it right away and gave it back to me. When I was receiving my vehicle I expected it to be perfect since I took it to a GMC dealership. I drove my vehicle 5 minutes away to get fuel and while it was filling up I walked around my vehicle to check for the repairs and noticed multiply things wrong at first glance in the sunshine. The body work they did was completely wavy and the new scratch they “polished” was completely visible. Every single liner bolt besides one was missing because it was removed during repair. My roof rack molding was coming off completely. I opened my rear door and was expecting my suv in the same condition it was dropped off in but the interior had dust and dirt shoe marks including dirty hand prints everywhere I looked. One of the seat belt covers was coming off. My dashboard had a new scratch which was not a part of the damage for the repairs I brought it in for and one of the dashboard trim piece was coming off as well. I contacted the estimator i was dealing with and addressed all issues with my suv. Some issues were fixed. Its been over a year and Im still waiting on dashboard piece that was supposed to be replaced but I still got no update on that and it has been over a year. My body work and paint is still completely wavy and the new scratch is still visible. The shop also missed repairs that were suppose to be fixed during the additional drop off, the shop said they will do everything when I drop it off for the interior piece replacement. The driver side automatic running board is still damaged, me and my family have still been driving around with a damaged running board for over a year. I called the shop and talked to the manager multiple times and they respond with theres no eta for the parts.Its been a year when I call them I receive no phone call back for days. Im very frustrated and disappointed with the service, quality and customer service. I didn’t hope to write out this customer service but was left with no other choice. I hope Head Office or higher up management gets a chance to read this and I can get my vehicle back to looking it should be. Im still hoping to hear back from the shop. The receptionist lady in the front desk that books appointments very nice and cooperative. I think they gave my Suv to a new apprentice that has no idea on what they doing. Im willing to remove this review if they can fix everything that needs to be fixed.

What in the year 2034 did I just witness?
The entire staff - all women, including the chief estimator for my auto body repairs. This was the most professional autobody shop I have ever experienced and cannot say enough positive things!

From making the first appointment to picking up my vehicle when finished the staff were polite, kind and professional. They provided a very nice loaner vehicle and all the work was done within a few business days. Well worth the wait. Thanks so much to everyone who helped me at Preston Collision!

Great customer service. Body repair and detailing work was excellent. Would have given 5 star but replacement tow hitch cover plate was missing a plug. Had to do a “DIY” fix.

Omg they did an amazing job on my car , they detailed it for free . It feels like I've got a brand new car . I love the receptionist Alicia. She was so sweet and helpful. Use them 100%.
