I am extremely disappointed with the lack of adequate staffing at the RBC Willowbrook branch. Today, there were only two tellers working while an astonishing 32 customers were lined up, leading to over a 90-minute wait just to deposit USD—something I cannot do at the ATM. This level of service is simply unacceptable.
RBC, you need to do better. Your customer service is not just lacking—it’s appalling. If this were a private company facing competition, you’d be out of business by now. The long wait times and lack of staff demonstrate a complete disregard for the value of your customers’ time. As a financial institution, it is your responsibility to ensure timely and efficient service, yet this branch consistently fails to meet even the most basic standards.
Please prioritize your customers and address this ongoing issue. It’s time to step up your service.

If youbplan to go in, good luck, always long lines and so many employees just talking to eachother but not helping the line go faster. I know they do this to force people to do online banking but some things you can't do online.

Absolutely worst bank ever for wait times!
In a 2 week time span I spent just about 5 hours in line to do quick teller assisted banking (4 visits). Most things yes I do online (because of this) but some things can't be done online. I've had dealing with other financial institutions and not encountered even remotely anything close to this. At best, RBC has 3 tellers open & 5 other people randomly pacing back & forth. Any other bank I've delt with, if there is a lineup of 4 or more people it's all hands on deck...advisers will come out of their offices, managers will come out, open a wicket and clear the line. (Respecting their customers time!!!)
I'm done! Will be pulling my measly few bucks out & going elsewhere, where the institution respects my time.
So disrespectful on the banks end!

Absolutely horrible.
Made a personal appt with an advisor only to have them no-show; took an afternoon off work, and now I have to start over.
What a waste of time.
The woman at reception was rude and condescending as if I was inconveniencing her!

While in a great location, there’s always lineups. And 2-3 empty stalls. Hire more tellers!
Friendly service.
Lots of parking but again, when the 15 spots are full, don’t even bother lol
Good size lounge waiting area.
Nice digital screens above tellers to kill some time.

Always huge lineups. The teller was nice but a manager had to get involved with my banking situation and she was EXTREMELY rude and reprimanded/scolded me for a mistake that I had made (admittedly) right there in the open in front of everyone. Very unprofessional and cruel!

Went in Saturday afternoon around 3pm and needed coins for my business, but the business line/counter is/was not in service and the normal line had around 20 people on line with 2-3 counters open.
Had to leave without accomplishing what I needed to run my business properly.
Hope this changes, or else I'm might need to move banks.

rude, eye rolling custo.er service. If you ask to get help,it means you need help and ha e no clue..Dont roll your eyes a d say, I can do it, no, we want to know for next time. BAD BAD SERVICE..hubbys account, I'm suggesting a bank change. meh

2 days in a row the line up for the teller is out the door. Multiple staff take breaks at the same time during peak hours. About 20 clients in line and only 2 tellers available. Not sure if they're short staffed at this location but highly recommend using a different branch.
