First time going into a red wing and I will definitely be back, they had so much knowledge and helped me with all my questions. I wasn’t even able to purchase the boots and they still offered me their undivided attention, I was struggling lacing a boot and the young lady went as far as lacing it for me! 10/10

Bought these boots december 19 2025 , i was off work from december 23rd - jan 5 , jan 13 i called to ask about getting these replaced under warranty and was told that this is totally normal and isnt a warranty issue . They maybe have 8 days of work on them and at 350$ i was told if they werent leaking that they were fine and they wouldnt exchange them , worst customer service ever and i would not spend a cent here you can get much better boots for the money and not have to deal with a company that refuses to stand behind their product .

Not sure how this brand survives here in Canada, tbh. Came in to try and get a pair of new work boots, and left with nothing unfortunately.
Attempted to get sizes on multiple sets of shoes, but nothing in my size (10.5-11 size, so it's not uncommon) and the asked if they were able to order in a set for me [or if I can order them online] ..but they don't even have a Canadian site; only American.
Funny because I was not the only people in the store who left empty handed while I was there, lol
Shame, because I'm sure they're great boots. Oh well, back to Mark's I go I guess.

Mikayla was very professional and helpful with assisting me on finding a proper fit on the classic Mocs after been trying to break in a boot that was to small for me being sized at another store insisting that’s what I needed. I know leather boots are a tough break it but always felt something wasn’t right

My new shoes began leaking after only seven days of use. I returned them for inspection and was told after 24 hours that they were fine and that I should come pick them up. When I asked how the leak test was performed, I was told the shoes were soaked in approximately half an inch of water for 40 minutes.
This explanation is unacceptable and misleading. The shoes were not leaking from the sole. They were leaking from the upper portion (bridge of the foot) after walking in the rain for approximately 20 minutes. A shallow water soak does not test for this type of failure, and staff either failed to understand this or chose to ignore it.
Furthermore, if the shoes had actually been soaked as claimed, the dust and dirt on them would have been washed away. The fact that the shoes were returned to me still dirty strongly suggests that no proper leak test was performed at all.
I felt spoken down to and treated unfairly. Given my background as an Asian construction worker with limited English, and the fact that I was wearing work clothes, I cannot ignore the possibility that bias influenced how my complaint was handled.
After being refused assistance, I went to the North Vancouver Red Wing store, where staff confirmed that the shoes were leaking. This directly contradicts the earlier assessment and proves that my concerns were valid from the beginning
