Was told they don't have the boot in my size. Asked if I could order them, they said no they only receive shipments once a month. Was called back 5 days later and informed that they did infact have my size. Asked for a discount for the extra 1 hour drive due to their error and was denied.

Fantastic experience at Red Wing. The employees were super knowledgeable, friendly and helped me find the right boot for my needs! I can't speak to the long term quality of the boot yet but the fit is extremely comfortable and my feet are looking forward to Monday morning. I will definitely be shopping there for footware in the future.

Hands down - the best boots for work or play I've ever had. If you work outside, and don't have a pair to keep your feet dry and happy, you are missing out on a better life with Redwing. No doubt about it.Staff is great, and the ultimate fit process for insoles tops any other boot fitting experience.

Comfortable seating and the woman at the counter was easy to speak with and knowledgeable. This is a very expensive store, but the truth is, if you need good work boots, come here. There is a $100 sale rack if you have regular width feet. The store itself is clean and has a nice area to try on boots.

Wow! The customer service was amazing!! I have really wide feet, so it’s always been a struggle to find good steel toes, but they had kept bringing out boots till I found one that fit. I never felt rushed or that they were trying to sell me on these boots. They were just trying to find something that I was comfortable in. They are even stretching the boot out to give me a bit more room. This is my second pair of red wings and I find them to be the most comfortable work boot I’ve worn. Definitely would come back and buy another pair.

I've been looking for a new pair of boots for a while after having my Doc's sole split on me. After looking at a number of other brands in Van and the PNW I found Red Wings had a store in Langley.I had my eyes on the Iron Rangers or Silversmiths in brown. I went to the store expecting to only walk away with one pair; but I ended up with a pair of Iron Rangers and a pair of Gracie's in black. Needless to say I am impress at the construction for the price point of the boots and look forward to many years of wear.

Went in to buy my first pair of red wings. Lauren was so awesome and very knowledgeable such a smart and accommodating lady. She grabbed me 3 boots to size me perfectly, to choose from. She also did my toe cap and they’re so perfect you would think it’s factory.

With my job, I've owned and worn Redwing boots for 20 or more years, expensive, but you get what you pay for, very good work wear.At some point this store seemed to be the only place locally that sold them and I purchased my last pair from them several years ago, the service then wasn't great then. Now I'm due for new boots and I recently went back, I was there for less than 5 minutes, a sales rep came to help me and and then shifted his priority to a person that came after me. That person was being sized up and I was left ther being completely ignored.I guess it's time to try a different store or brand.

Great place to go if you want to get belittled by staff. The lady had the worst attitude and had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. The guy at least tried to help by examining the boots but she just stood there on the side saying “no no they’re not gonna warranty those boots”. Not an ounce of a helpful attitude or even basic human decency coming out of her. Having $400 boots last for only 3 months is just plain ridiculous and please consider not having staff who have no idea what they’re talking about try to act like they know more than actual trade workers. Absolutely disappointed.

WARNING!!!! Save your self the time and money. This is the second time I’ve bought boots from the Langley red wing store and had major issues with the boots literally falling apart and leaking. When bringing the boots back for repair or replacement within the warranty. The Lady that manages the store has a serious attitude change. From a nice women when you’re handing cash over to a very sad and angry person. Almost like she was paying for the repairs out of her own pocket. It’s very confusing. When someone spends their hard earned money on over priced boots just to have them fall apart and then get treated horribly when you bring them in under warranty. Super disappointed.

Not as good as the old red wing. I think the owner of the old red wing is now reddhart. I like reddhart people better. I post picture of the better store

Gave 1 star cause I had to. Purchased my boyfriend a pair of work boots for his birthday at the cost of almost 400.00. He has previously worn tradesman style boots from Red Wing that worked fabulously for him for almost two years. I went in seeking help as I have never purchased these types of shoes before. I was going to purchase him the boots he previously purchased as they were awesome quality, lasted forever and through anything, including all types of weather, and I was conned and convinced into purchasing the King Toe 8" boot instead, as they were described to me as 'better' in every way, shape, and form (literally). I did not mind spending the extra money as I care more about the protection of his feet. I was helped by a gentleman in his 50's, smaller beard, and an injured back or knee, who spoke to me about his long haul career and he was so helpful with information about what worked for him. I expressed this to the manager, Christina, at Red Wing in Langley, BC, who insisted I just made up a whole ass employee, and then insisted I was being helped by another customer as they have never had an employee that fits that description. Less than 5 minutes later, it turns out she 'remembered' that the owner of the store used to long haul, is in his 50's, and supports the store when in BC. I was conned into the more expensive but absolute garbage boots by Trevor, the owner of Red Wing, Langley. Nice! I am not kidding you when I say the boots are falling apart in less than 7 months of wear and unfortunately, Christina has just told us that they are not covered under the warranty as they are not a manufacture defect, simply regular wear and tear. I am wondering how his cheaper and older boots held up almost 4x longer than the more expensive boots I was convinced to purchase. I felt like an idiot in the first place shopping in this store as a 27 year old female, and I was actually really impressed with how I was treated in there. However, the guys (Trevor and Joshua) were so polite because they knew they could drain every dollar they wanted out of me as an uneducated woman who has never purchased a pair of steel toe boots. Purchased November 10, 2022. Boyfriends birthday - December 5th, 2022, first day of wearing the boots. Todays date - July 3, 2023These boots have lasted no longer than 7 months, and he was accused of just being too rough with them, the stitching is his fault, the soles falling apart are his fault, and the fact that water seeps into them already are his fault. The manager told me a story about a customer who pulled a shoelace on one boot with the other and ripped the whole top portion of his boot off. I'm sorry, but WHAT!? if anyone is stitching leather together, I would fully expect it to be stronger stitching than that. Are heavy duty steel toe work boots meant to take a beating, or no? I'm confident the quality of 'leather' they are using is no better than what you would find at wal-mart; poorly stitched, poorly manufactured. Period. Photos below for you. Might I add, my boyfriend is not in concrete, construction, or anything that could remotely do this kind of damage to a shoe. He drives a tow truck, which is labour intensive, yes, but many hours spent driving. He's been in the industry for 9 years and is 26 years old, he has always invested in proper certified equipment, including his footwear, for years. I expected much much better from Red Wing, especially because he loved his older Red Wing boots. Neither of us will ever buy another pair of shoes from Red Wing.

Went in to buy my first pair of redwings and had amazing costumer service. It was quite the experience of putting on boots that felt like heaven and fit perfect to my wide feet for once. Thanks to the gentleman to helped me out, he was very professional and friendly.
