This Pharmacy used to be so friendly and helpful, I guess those 2 Pharmacists have left.
The one there now is rude, dismissive and seems like she's being disturbed. When I asked about symptoms from a stop smoking product she assessed and assisted me with receiving. I explained my concerns, her reply was to stop using it. No recommendation or interest to suggest another product so I could continue progress, when I questioned that, her reply was go to your Dr. People come to a Pharmacist because of their indepth training and knowledge of medications etc which exceeds most Dr's. Often the information from my Pharmacist on a new prescription and my allergies has stopped me suffering complications.
This is the third interaction with this Pharmacist and all have been similarly dismissive and leave me without information to ask for further help. In one conversation her reply was, "so what do you want from me" my reply, information, direction, help. Clearly not a Customer driven approach. Unfortunately due to my health, maybe I have more questions to avoid medication interacts and reactions but I think these concerns warrant the time it takes to answer fully and if possible offer alternatives a friendly manner.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years. I love the staff!! I won't ever leave because of how kind they all are. They know you by name, and are up to date on interactions you may have. I would never go back to a large pharmacy. They have a good stock of other pharmaceutical items you may need.

Came in to fill a prescription with my girlfriend who speaks English as a second language. Told them I was there to help translate and help her understand, which my girlfriend confirmed. The rude staff said that she wouldn't talk to me and basically to mind my own business. This is despite the fact that we articulated my reason for being there, and despite the fact that the relationship was obvious, as the prescription was supposed to go thru my insurance provider. Ridiculous. Avoid this pharmacy if possible.

I came with my boyfriend to buy my medicine after being in the clinic. The lady who attended us was not kind at all to my boyfriend, he only came in with me to help me translate since English is my second language and he was answering the questions that she asked us and she got annoyed that my boyfriend answered and suddenly she interrupted him saying almost that she was not talking to him, but to me. She was very rude, terrible customer service. You come to the pharmacy to buy your medicine, you already have too many worries and discomforts to be dealing with people like that. Quite disappointed.

The staff is very pleasant and the store is clean. The only issue is that, because it’s so small, they don’t have all of the medications I’ve needed in the past. They can order it, but you have to wait a few days.

Sorry, worst service ever. I needed 1 emergency supply medication for my child (as my original pharmacy is closed today - and I was told if ever I needed anything in an emergency to come to this location as it's a lot of the same staff). So I did and the pharmacist refused to give me one emergency dose pill for my child. He made then made me wait for 45 mins while he tried to contact someone (since he says he's new). Fine.. I wait. Then after waiting the 45 mins he then sends me over to the medical clinic next door to get a whole new prescription. Once I get the new prescription he then states that he doesn't even have the dose and my child would have to swallow 4 pills at once to get his dose. I'm so upset, and expect better service. I'll never come to this pharmacy again... sorry. ? Now after 2 hours - I have to go to a new pharmacy and start all over again. At least this time I am armed with a new prescription (but only for 1 week - so my main pharmacy will have to request a new prescription from my doctor again). Good customer service buddy.

My husband and I have been going to Glover Family Pharmacy for over three years now. The staff is always welcoming and knowledgeable. I love that I can go straight from the Glover Medical Clinic to the pharmacy just a few doors down and get my prescriptions filled without having to drive somewhere else.

I've come here lots to get scripts filled because they are fast and you don't have to wait for 20 min like In a shoppers or Safeway, however they need to be more attentive to their opening times , i sat in front of the pharmacy until 8:50 when it said it opens at 8:30. very frustrating since I have now got to go to work.
